PPB offers 4 bedrooms at a greatly reduced rental rate the rest of year. The wing with the 5th bedroom, 3rd bathroom and elevator is used by the owners during the off season and is a vacant lockout whenever PPB is rented. Rest assured PPB provides full use of the gorgeous kitchen, screened porch, back covered deck and spacious covered parking.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday turnover. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries.
