The home is nestled off Beach Blvd and has amazing beach views. It is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 5 smart TVs, garage game room & accommodates up to 13 guests comfortably. PERFECT for multiple families and groups traveling together.
Many of our guests will enjoy staying with us to visit local attractions, attend events, visit family, work, escape to warmer weather for the winter, or just simply relax.

- The large wrap-around PATIO is equipped with comfortable patio seating, Adirondack chairs, end tables, footrests, etc.
- LIVING ROOM has a 75-inch TV, 2 couches and one oversized chair, nesting coffee tables and side tables
- DINING ROOM has an 84-inch table, bench, and dining chairs. Additional 4 bar stools are at the counter. This space seats up to 12 comfortably
- KITCHEN is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Additional kitchen supplies include Keurig/Coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, measuring cups, baking pans, mixing bowls, colander, shaver, wine, and bottle opener, can opener, pots/pans, silverware, Wok, and more
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Full-size washer and dryer
- BEDROOM 1 MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, two nightstands, chest of drawers, closet, office table, 43-inch TV. The master bathroom is attached with double vanities and a tub. Guests will have beach views from this room.
- BEDROOM 2 BUNK BEDROOM: This large room has a custom built-in queen-over-queen bunk bed, closet, dresser, and 58-inch TV. A bathroom with a shower is attached. These beds can sleep adults comfortably!
- BEDROOM 3 has a king bed, 58-inch TV, dresser, nightstand, closet
- BEDROOM 4 has a queen and twin bed, nightstand, TV, and closet
- PARKING - There is plenty of parking and we can also accommodate trailer and boat parking.
- AMENITIES: We provide soaps, shampoos, kitchen pods, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish pods, kitchen sponges, hand soaps, bed linens, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, and many more amenities.
⋇ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $100 per pet per stay. Up to two well be-have pets less than 50lbs minimal shedding allowed. Thanks for checking with us prior your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no-markings, etc.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs.

The neighborhood is nestled off Hwy 90/Beach Blvd. and consists of newly built single-family housing. All homes in the area have beach views, and our home is the closest one to the beach with multiple views from inside and outside of the home. It's a small quiet & peaceful community consisting of both short- and long-term residents.
Centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi, our guests will enjoy the many attractions and conveniences in the area.

-The weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage are monitored by security cameras.
-We are in a newly built coastal community close to and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.

We love Gulfport MS and the southern charm that comes with the people who live here. The area is great place to vacation as it is conveniently located to many attractions. We love that this property is so close to the beach. This is our latest home and through our hosting experience, we have designed and furnished the home to ensure guest maximum comfort.
We are centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi making it convenient to many attractions. Our guests have ranged from vacationers, families visiting their relatives at the military base at Keesler, snowbirds, and business travel. If you have young children, the Lynn Meadows Discovery Museum, Jones Park, Aquarium and Gulf Island Water Park is great for entertaining the kids. Our guests have enjoyed restaurants such as White Cap Seafood Restaurant, Tony Nelson’s King of Philly Cheesesteaks, El Lupillo, Cajun’s Fabulous Fried Chicken, Perry’s Caribbean Delight, and much more. Felix Oyster House is within walking distance. If you are just in the mood for cooking at home, we have a fully stocked kitchen and grill, so stop by our neighborhood grocery store, Rouse Market and Winn Dixie. Walmart is also close by for any other shopping needs.
We are located one hour to New Orleans and have 7 + casinos between Gulfport and Biloxi. And if you enjoy poker or card rooms, we recommend the Beau as they truly have one of the best Poker rooms in the country. Ship Island Excursion is another popular attraction for our guests as you board a boat that takes you sandy white beaches. Prepare yourself for an all-day adventure. While there are so much more to see, we also just enjoy getting up early in the morning and running/walking on the beach as it it's so convenient to get there. In the evenings, we often visit the beach for a second time to watch the sunset and the hermit crabs scatter around at night.

We are centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi making it convenient to many attractions. Our guests have ranged from vacationers, families visiting their relatives at the military base at Keesler, snowbirds, and business travel. If you have young children, the Lynn Meadows Discovery Museum, Jones Park, Aquarium and Gulf Island Water Park is great for entertaining the kids. Our guests have enjoyed restaurants such as White Cap Seafood Restaurant, Tony Nelson’s King of Philly Cheesesteaks, El Lupillo, Cajun’s Fabulous Fried Chicken, Perry’s Caribbean Delight, and much more. Felix Oyster House is within walking distance. If you are just in the mood for cooking at home, we have a fully stocked kitchen and grill, so stop by our neighborhood grocery store, Rouse Market and Winn Dixie. Walmart is also close by for any other shopping needs.
We are located one hour to New Orleans and have 7 + casinos between Gulfport and Biloxi. And if you enjoy poker or card rooms, we recommend the Beau as they truly have one of the best Poker rooms in the country. Ship Island Excursion is another popular attraction for our guests as you board a boat that takes you sandy white beaches. Prepare yourself for an all-day adventure. While there are so much more to see, we also just enjoy getting up early in the morning and running/walking on the beach as it it's so convenient to get there. In the evenings, we often visit the beach for a second time to watch the sunset and the hermit crabs scatter around at night.

Our guests will enjoy the open airy space with beach views from the patio and several areas in the home. The home layout along with the large bedrooms makes it convenient for large groups to stay comfortably. The garage has an added ping pong table and seating areas allowing for additional entertainment.
