🌴 Welcome to our sparkling clean The Villages Living Good Home located in the beautiful Village of Lynnhaven. 🤗
😀 Only 3 miles to The Villages Market Square Lake Sumter Landing.
😃 Close to 5 pools.
😀 Pimlico & Churchill Recreation Centers to play Pickleball, Tennis, Bocceball and Shuffleboard
😀 Close to golf courses.
👍 We are only a mile to 466 with lots of restaurants, groceries & department stores.
👍 We are only a golf cart ride to The Villages Paddock Square Brownwood.
🤗 Our sparkling clean and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home with cathedral ceilings and a 20x12 lanai with pond views is nicely decorated in Ashley furniture and nautical decor.
🤗 The full kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric skillet, waffle maker, stainless & nonstick pans, fiesta dishes and quality utensils.
🤗 Enjoy watching the pelicans and ducks in the pond as you wash dishes or sit in the Lanai.
🤗 We also have a grapefruit tree in the backyard to enjoy a piece of fruit during your breakfast.
👍 Temporary Resident IDs (optional) to enjoy the amenities of the villages such as golf, exercise classes, pools etc. is $50 (for 2 people). I will email a form and after it is filled out, I will submit it to Lake Sumter Landing (same place you will pick it up and pay)
Please note that there is a 7 percent Florida tax in addition to the monthly rate & cleaning fee.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
We wanted to go somewhere warm and have fun. The villages checked those boxes. After renting for a few weeks, we saw this house on the market and both really liked it. During the open house, we met a neighbor and told him we were very interested in buying this house. Well... after we closed on the house, we walked down and told our neighbor we got the house and in a short time have become good friends. The things we like about the home are the spacious feel of the home and the custom woodwork on the trim throughout. Watching the pelicans and birds from the lanai is definitely a bonus. We are so happy to share our beautiful home and hope you have a wonderful time and build great memories. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
