Plenty of space for your trip to check out Cowtown! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We've got great seating options inside and out to cook and stay in or venture out as we are close to the Stockyards, 7th street or TCU. We've got quality amenities with 2 comfortable king sized beds and one full bed each with their own 4k TV, and a spacious living area equipped with another 4k TV. Right next to world famous Heim BBQ!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay h everything was pretty great. There were some dead flowers in a vase that had some gnats but I cleaned that up right away & it was fine. Beautiful home & yard. The kids loved it.

Not worth the money

This house was filthy, we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean enough to feel comfortable. We paid $800 to stay in a dirty house, there weren’t any cooking utensils, the kitchen was so dirty, the microwave and refrigerator had not been previously cleaned. This made our stay so uncomfortable. The front porch light didn’t work and that made getting home at night feel unsafe. There’s no curtain in the kitchen window, also made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The walls in the house were NASTY, the house had an odd smell and one of the rooms you can tell someone use to smoke in it. We were in town for the TCU graduation and his house definitely put a damper on our trip. I’m so glad we changed our minds about having a small get together at this house. 0/10 recommendations. I will be requesting my cleaning fee back!

A Good Place to Stay if You Don't Plan to be There Much

We walked away with very mixed feelings. The neighborhood was sus, but nearby to what we came for. The house was cleaned and most of the furniture seemed new, but the house itself was dingy and had a really bad smell. A huge spider crawled out of the shower when we turned the water on. At one point, the rocking chair out front was moved to the porch facing the door after we came in for the night. But the floors and furniture were all clean. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. Just a very mixed experience.

The property was great for our family group in terms of space. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. It is in a quiet neighborhood and good location. The only issue was it remained 78 degrees and did not cool down until the next morning. We had to go buy 3 fans for each bedroom to be able to sleep - there are no ceiling fans in the house. The extra cost for us to do that made our stay very uneconomic.

Peter was amazing!!!

Unfortunately due to the Texas weather, the old AC wasn't able to ever catch up with how many people were in the house until we had to get someone in the next morning. But other than that it was one of the best times we ever had!! Peter is also an amazing host and was VERY attentive to our needs while also being so kind at it!!

Cozy little house

Its a nice house in a good location for a decent price. I would recommend bringing a fan, it was a little hot inside with the hundred degree heat.

Great, and relaxing

House was very nice and well kept. Had all the amenities that we needed ( Coffee, soaps and Such). It is next to a main road but surprisingly it was very quit and did not disturb us.

Just what we were looking for

The property was easy to find and the property manager was very communicative. The shower was fantastic 😊. The bed was very comfortable. There are three bedrooms with nice big beds and a tv in each as well as the living area. It has the feel of a hotel with more space and a full kitchen/laundry area. My husband and I needed a night to ourselves and this fit the bill.
