After a day on the slopes or trails, relax by the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy a drink on your private balcony.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Roku Smart TV, air conditioning in both the living area and primary bedroom, and a freshly updated bathroom. The home comfortably sleeps four, featuring a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a twin bunk bed in the den (ideal for children). Additional highlights include a designated underground parking stall, access to a common area hot tub (closed April–August 2025 for renovations), and coin-operated laundry. Marketplace Lodge offers everything you need for a relaxed and memorable Whistler stay.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.
