Cozy & spacious; lots of natural light, upon entry into suite, you'll notice wide layout. Dining area away fr kitchen. Leather pullout sofa in the living room sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Luckily, the other towers facing is on other side of the bridge/viaduct, about 30 feet away!

The layout has defined kitchen, dining & living areas, and a home-like sized bedroom, same can be said for the bathroom. You will not feel cramped compared to the newer buildings.

Staying DT is always convenient & fun but comes with natural city noise, Skytrain is a regular hum.
On hockey game nites & concerts, I'm a block away so plan ahead.

Nice multicultural vibe, especially on concerts or hockey/soccer/football nights. Touristy areas like heritage Gastown & Chinatown just 5 minutes away. If you're using Uber or taxi, this area is known as Tinseltown, with the mall steps away w/ movie theatre.

Huge soccer fields 5 min away, another 10 min walk to popular walkway by the water that locals use for running, biking, rollerblading & walking that connects to iconic Stanley Park seawall, awesome during spring/summer.

Families can take kids to Science World & a few playgrounds within 10 min. Mcdonalds, A&W Burgers, & Tim Hortons for a treat after! Olympic Village & Mario's Gelato also another 5 min away.

What I personally love living here is being so close to downtown without the traffic/parking issues & high costs; mine is way more living space, with full-size appliances like fridge, washer & dryer.

No real need for a car, everything's walkable! 30 seconds walk fr lobby to Skytrain station that takes you to trendy Yaletown next stop, then center downtown in two.

If you're planning to use public buses/skytrain a lot, consider going to the Translink office on Beatty St to buy value vouchers or a day pass.

Head opposite direction east to visit the suburbs, 20min Skytrain to Burnaby, home to the biggest Metrotown Mall in BC; New Westminster & Surrey after that.

Uber/Lyft & taxis easy accessible.

3-5 minutes walk to Rogers Arena & casino. Major bus stop at Hastings St. Also sign up for the public-share bicycles, fun in the sun!

If you plan to drive, I offer a dedicated, secure parking on P3 level. Lots of street metered paid parking 9am-10pm, 7 days. Best to download app for paybyphone.com to avoid using coins.

Suite has a 58" TV comes with 60 channels cable & Roku. Sign into your own Netflix, Crave & Amazon.

No smoking/vaping whatsoever (strata is good at giving out $150 fines), no pets, no parties.

Ken's place was in the best location for our hockey game a Rogers Arena. Check in was way easier than expected, beds were comfy, the space was clean and surprisingly peaceful for being downtown. Really good experience!

A perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable and great location within a stone's throw away from a SkyTrain station. Lots of nice little touches like complimentary snacks, filtered water in the fridge and tea/coffee. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Perfect location.

Absolutely loved staying here. Had everything and anything we needed. Even things you don’t think you need are already supplied. Would highly recommend staying here.. especially if you’re going to a concert or a game. So close to the venues! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our Stay in Vancouver

Our stay in Kenneth's condo was incredible. It was warm and inviting, very clean and had a homey feeling after our long flight from Toronto! It had a supermarket across the street as well as a bakery that had great coffee and delicious croissants. This condo had everything you would need for your stay while visiting Vancouver. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Great location. Kenneth was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with! I would not hesitate to stay there again when we return to Vancouver! Lynn and Justin

Very clean, great location, great communication

The host Kenneth gave precise instructions for check-in and parking, making it very easy. It was *great* to have a dedicated parking space. If you don't have a car then this is also a great location because public transport is right there. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. Kenneth quickly answered the couple of questions I had on the first day, and was available if we needed him, but fortunately we did not need to hassle him after that. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Kenneth!

Secure and close to city center

Initial checkin code didn’t work but host quickly responded and got us access. The condo is very clean and well decorated. It appears much larger in photos but comfortable for 2 people. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning is a portable unit in the dining room and was very inefficient in cooling the condo. The location is very good and easy walking distance to city center and skyline train. Our host was readily available and quickly answered questions and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Great apartment downtown

Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to transit, has parking which is hard to find on the street. The neighborhood has some sketchy characters shambling around at all hours, but I got the sense from our stay that that’s ubiquitous downtown. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable and the building has a great lap pool. I would advise future guests that the check in process, if you have a car, is quite complex for security reasons. Note that the key fob is required to EXIT the parking area as well as enter it, which caused my wife and I about an hour of confusion on check out. Otherwise excellent stay!

Anniversary Trip after Cruise

We had a wonderful stay at Kenneth’s place. It was exactly what it looks like and even better. The view was beautiful! It was clean and inviting. We appreciated the small touches too - like the basic of snacks and welcome note. If you’re going to the arena for anything you want to stay here. We went to the Canucks game and it took us less than 5 minutes to walk there. You can also easily and comfortably walk to the other areas of downtown. Kenneth was also very helpful with dinner suggestions and always responded quickly! He was like our personal tour guide! It was great! The next time we go to Vancouver we will definitely be staying here!

Excellent property!

We loved our stay here (adults and 7 year old child). The location was so convenient as it’s close to the sky train and east to walk to Canada Place where a lot of shuttles do pick up/drop off. The pool/sauna/hottub were utilized every evening and were rarely busy. Security in the building with the fob was excellent and helped us to feel very safe. The snacks and coffee pods upon our arrival were greatly appreciated. Costco located an easy 5 minute walk away as well as a few other smaller shops (t&t supermarket/recall) and coffee places. Great communication with the owner and would definitely book again.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was excellent. Parking took us a bit to figure out but the instructions were clear. Once we started the process, it made sense. We’d definitely recommend this property and if we visit Vancouver again, we’ d stay at this property again! G

Fun give whenever a sports event and concerts in downtown Vancouver, grab a meal close by with dozens of restaurants in tourist areas Gastown & Chinatown before walking over to the game or concert.

Even a mini-medicine cabinet behind the mirror, to save those dreaded middle-of-nite trips to the pharmacy or 7-Eleven store.
