We have 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms in a quiet but wonderful walking neighborhood with sidewalks and streetlights. If you want to enjoy the track, the nightlife but have a quiet place to also get away from it all we're just miles away!

There is a gourmet kitchen fully stocked for all our needs. 5 burner gas stove with pot filler, a convection/air fryer oven and pantry.
A wonderful back porch for morning coffee and bird watching!
A front porch for happy hour and sunsets!
A cooler and wagon are provided for your outings.
You also have some of the best biking, walking trails and playgrounds right around the corner.

You have access to both Uber and Lyft!
*9 Miles from Saratoga Springs
*6 Miles from Saratoga Performing Arts Center
*4.5 Miles from the Village of Ballston Spa…“The Village of Friends” is a great walking town, and has some amazing restaurants, shops, farmers market and groceries, pharmacies, and some fun bars!
Living room and bedrooms all have smart TVs. You will have access to Netflix, Paramount + and Amazon Prime. High speed internet access is included.
All bedrooms have 500 thread count sheets!
Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. Danae even offered to let us check in early which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was great. There were 2 points the group said about the stay, Really need fans or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The were more on the hot side. The group is from Ga, Ky, Fla; we all have ceiling fans to have extra air flow. Need kitchen towels, we washed on dishes every morning, we could never find kitchen towels. Great weekend and great place to stay if going to Saratoga.

Wonderful location/neighborhood

House matches description. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Felt like home away from home. Would definitely come back to stay again when visiting Saratoga area. The only thing was VRBO didn’t seem to be working properly to communicate with the host or it was an error with the host as the phone number didn’t work for text communication after we got the code to check-in. Thankfully there were no issues to communicate about. House worked out well. Everything you could need was there!

Great home in a nice neighborhood

This property is in a great location -close to lake and town and only about 15 minutes to Saratoga. It is well maintained and clean. The communication with the owner was smooth and prompt. Great for a group of 6 to 8 people. Lovely neighborhood. Recommend a visit to Finnigan’s on the Lake for dinner when you don’t feel like cooking. The kitchen was well equipped and dining area had plenty of room. Grill available as well. Nice touches throughout including plenty of chargers for phones (and even one for a smart watch). Overall I highly recommend this property.

Saratoga yearly weekend

This listing was 100% accurate. It was clean, short drive to the track and Broadway. Had a minor problem upon arrival that was swiftly resolved after speaking with the owner. Really appreciated all the nightlights throughout the home. I’d definitely stay here again

Wonderful property

This is a well-designed, nicely appointed property with everything one could hope to have. Not only is the individual property amazing, the neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. We were quite pleased with all that was offered. The owners were very responsive and the kitchen was well-equipped. We will definitely be staying there again since we have family in the area and periodically visit.

Home Away From Home

This magnificent, up to date, conveniently located home is exactly what we needed. As a family of 5 we often cram into small hotel rooms or are forced to book 2 hotel rooms. This was our first time booking someone’s home. I have to say…It was the best! The owner, Danae was very accessible, answered any questions I had within minutes and was SUPER friendly. The photos on the listing are exactly what you get! The home is well kept, very bright and filled with amenities. My kids asked me to point out in this review how CRAZY comfortable and Huge the Sofa is (they are 100% correct), Thank You for making our Home Away from Home so pleasurable.

Great place to stay!

What a great place to stay! The Pineapple Townhouse was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The hosts were welcoming and their communication was top notch. Everything worked and all of our needs were met. The home is just as nice as shown in the pictures, and feels even more spacious in person. We would stay here again, and we recommend it to others. We were a group of three adults and two kids from Seattle and California. We were in town for a family reunion and memorial service, and the Pineapple Townhouse provided a cool and calm respite during a busy, hot, and emotional trip. Thank you, Danae and Nicholas!

90 Lancaster Court is perfect for so many types of visitors!!

I am originally from Saratoga Springs and needed a 2 week property to entertain friends coming in to enjoy the track and Saratoga Springs. This property is perfectly located, near enough to the action to be there with a short drive but far enough away to be affordable. It is clean...actually new!...spacious and located in a very friendly neighborhood. Best of all are the hosts. Nick and Danae were in constant touch with me and checked in regularly. When I had a rare question they responded almost immediately. I lived in this area for 42 years and know it well. I would recommend this property with confidence to anyone I know.
