My name is Zouhair. I was born in Tindir, Morocco, and I have been living in France since the age of 10. I am now 45 years old, married to my wife, Aurélia, and we live in France.

Owning a villa in Marrakech feels very natural to me, as this city holds a special place in my heart. I truly enjoy welcoming guests and offering them a place designed for comfort, peace, and an enjoyable stay.

The villa’s decoration reflects both of our worlds: my appreciation for oriental style and authenticity, combined with Aurélia’s taste for modern and elegant design. Together, we aimed to create a warm, refined, and welcoming space where guests can truly feel at home.

I chose this neighborhood after visiting Marrakech many times and discovering its different sides. The city center, although vibrant, can be very busy, crowded, and affected by traffic and urban pollution.

I discovered this area almost by chance, close to small, very local villages, in a greener and more peaceful environment, with an exceptional view of the Atlas Mountains. This setting offers a true sense of calm and authenticity, far from mass tourism.

What I particularly appreciate here is the proximity to local life, right outside the villa, while still being within a reasonable distance of Marrakech’s city center. It is the perfect balance between nature, tranquility, and discovering the real Marrakech.

What makes this villa truly unique is its sense of space and openness. The modern design blends beautifully with oriental-inspired décor, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxing.

Everything here is designed to help guests unwind and disconnect. The villa offers a feeling of peace, calm, and serenity, with the possibility of pleasant walks in nearby authentic villages, allowing guests to experience local life.

Set on a 2,000 m² private plot, the villa features a large heated swimming pool measuring 14 x 4 meters, reinforcing the feeling of freedom and privacy. It truly feels like a private oasis, as if you were in your own exclusive place, dedicated entirely to comfort and well-being.
