Beautifully updated home with an outdoor space perfect for entertaining! Minutes from FLL airport, Hard Rock casino, downtown Ft. Lauderdale, and the beaches. Only 30 minutes from Miami and South Beach as well.

The backyard is completely turfed, has a covered patio with an outdoor dining set and top of the line BBQ grill. It also has a custom tiki hut, complete with a couch, TV, lighting and overhead fan. It’s the perfect space to enjoy the South Florida weather.
The space
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has an attached bath while the second full bath is located next to the guest bedrooms. The backyard is ready to be enjoyed with covered outdoor seating, tiki hut, and plenty of turfed space to enjoy the sun. We provide all bed linens and towels and also starter sets of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The living room has a Smart TV with Youtube TV for live viewing and Peacock+ streaming, but guests are welcome to use their own streaming accounts to watch Netflix, etc. There are also TV's in the master bedroom and in the tiki hut outside!

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, dresser and attached full bathroom.
The first guest room has a queen bed, with closer and dresser.
The second guest room has two twin beds, closet and dresser.

Kitchen - updated with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and basic spices.

Dining - The indoor dining table seats 5 guests and there are two more bar seats next to the table so 7 can fit comfortably to eat there. The outdoor dining set has 6 chairs.

Living Room - Two sofas with auto reclining features and Smart TV.

Outdoor - Spacious outdoor patio furniture with lighting and an overhead fan, a tiki hut with fans, lights, a large couch, table, and TV! The yard is fully turfed and fenced for privacy!

Driveway - can fit 3-4 cars.
Guest access - All door codes will be sent via text.

Other things to note
*We have bi-weekly maintenance and landscaping to keep our space pristine for you. If you're staying on a landscaping day, the crew may access the backyard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
