We give the facility five stars. The Vrbo was perfect in providing comfortable sleeping accommodations (soft, clean pillows and beds), lots of space for the kids and the bonus is a fun room/garage for everyone. The dining and living rooms were centers for the family to spend quality time together, comfortable, little niches for conversations and games, an ideal place for family gatherings. I don’t think that there could’ve been a better suited house for our gathering. Thank you.

The house was not really clean. The water pressure was minimal. There was a large wood-framed mirror leaned against the wall in the living room - NOT secured - it fell and shattered. Thankfully, no one was injured.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! This property is so spacious. There’s several pull out beds/futons which was nice so that each of our guests had their own bed. The host was very nice and helpful for any questions needed! Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation in SF

Stayed at home with extended family while visiting San Francisco. House is spacious and in a great neighborhood close enough to the city.

Happy!

The house was very beautiful and we enjoyed our Bachelorette weekend. Such a big spacious house. I’m so glad I ended up going through with this specific property. We had such an amazing time!

VerbesserungswĂĽrdig: Sauberkeit
The house was essentially what you’d call a “landlord special.” While it served as a place to sleep, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made our stay disappointing. The sliding door to the small patio was extremely difficult to open and close unless you had significant strength. The grill was unusable due to how dirty and neglected it was. The most concerning issue was the large patio/deck area, my father sat in one of the chairs and the chair leg went straight through the deck due to rot/instability. He has a heart condition & the incident severely frightened him. Thankfully he was not seriously injured, but it could have been much worse, especially if it had been a child. Multiple chairs were already broke! We also noticed the vacuums left out in the open barely worked unless using the hose attachment, which became frustrating during a week-long stay. Upon arrival, there was a dried contact lens left on the table, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The main bathroom tub drained very poorly as well, there was even Draino left in the cabinet, which suggests it’s an ongoing issue. When we informed the host about the dangerous deck incident, the response we received was simply that “maintenance will come when you check out,” which felt dismissive given the seriousness of the situation. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. However, overall we were not happy with the condition of the property and would not stay here again.

The pictures on the website don’t really track with how the house looks. The house is in a bit of disrepair (fireplace pieces falling off, walls scuffed and marked, etc.). The sheets felt a little unclean but it might just have been that they need to be replaced due to old age. Over all it served as what we needed but it wasn’t as pristine as I would have hoped for.

Amazing time!

A beautiful home located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby locations. The house was very clean and we appreciated the various amenities that came with it. We especially appreciated the flexibility that came with extra sheets and blankets as well as extra mattresses and foldout couches. Overall, we had an amazing time at this home and we would recommend it to any large group looking for a place to stay!

Beautiful and roomy

We went a family vacation with all our kids, their significant other and the grandkids! This house was beautiful and clean! Close to the city and easy access to the airport! The kids all had their own beds and there was one left over.
