Our largest unit in this 3 unit building. Seasonal and Short Term Rental! 2 bedroom downstairs apartment 1.5 bath 2 queen beds Twin size bunk over full size bed added to the master bedroom for large family travels

We are within minutes of the 4 Corner's Park and Post Office for your tour documentation. We also have a direct route to the ATV/Recreational trail system. - Summer

For Winter travels, Madawaska snowmobile club will be grooming from the trails to the roadway for us!

We are 1 minute to Madawaska, 15-20 minutes from Long Lake and 30 minutes from Fort Kent for skiing, the Can-Am, biathlon competitions and UMFK.

Can sleep up to 7 comfortably and with space to move

On the town line of Frenchville and Madawaska Maine Quick access to snowmobile and ATV trails Minutes from local stores, restaurants, bars, and the Canadian Border. No direct neighbors outside of other tenants pending booking (3 unit).

Fully stocked with all bedding, towels, and kitchenware. WIFI with streaming TV's. You only need to bring your toiletries and food.

Picnic tables, fire pits and wood are available for your enjoy your night under the stars!

Large driveway for trailer parking. Pets considered. No smoking in the building.

If you are a traveling professional (construction, medical, business, etc), please inquire about options available for your stay. We want to support you, while you support our community! We are willing to consider up to 3 months stay at a time. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Great Place

Our second time staying at this location. The place is lovely and with a few inches of snow, the driveway was well taken care of. The upgraded shower was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

We really loved how spacious the property was. Plenty of parking. Amazingly comfortable beds. The owners were great with their communications and even offered tips about local issues such as cell phone towers and the ever changing time. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, hosts

Location was perfect for us as we have relatives in both Madawaska and Frenchville. Easy access to restaurants in Madawaska and to Dolly's a short distance away in Frenchville. Unit was immaculate and very comfortable. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Better than expectations

The property was very easy to get to. It was also FAR bigger than the pictures show. Everything was clean and neat and ready to go. We will definitely stay at this place again. Ps. There are tissues galore, which was greatly appreciated with the cold weather.

Very nice place, check-in was super easy and had what we needed. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to navigate through most of the house if you are a skilled driver. Need assistance with certain things but my husband was with me and we were able to adapt. This is the first home rental I have dsyayed at since being in a wheelchair. We normally stay in hotels which can limit our travel. They do not advertise wheelchair accessible but it worked for us. Great host and communicated with us quickly when we had questions. After booking found out that three other extended family members had stayed at this property and were very pleased!! We will book again!!

It would have been nice to have a fire and walk around but do you the construction we could not even sit outside. I really enjoyed the space. Nice large rooms. Plenty of room to store things. Shower a bit small, not just the height. Plenty of towels and other accessories. We watched several movies which was great since we barely have time at home. Nice dishwasher. Didn't use the washer or dryer but fairly new Have a beautiful day Susan

We are glad you enjoyed the space and found it comfortable. The construction/roofing unfortunately ended up pushed back due to the weather prior to your visit. Two of the three picnic tables were available with the fire pit. As well, we requested that the contractors not be present on Saturday to reduce the impacts. We hope to host you again so you can enjoy the outside areas differently. Stacie

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting family near by. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. It is also very close to town.
