A perfect getaway for couples, friends, or family in every season. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. Our tiny home sits just steps from the shore with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. It's a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in quaint WIlmington, and around the corner from the VAST trail. Enjoy a drink on the deck or a dip in the hot tub. End your day curled up on the leather couch in front of the fireplace.

The tiny home has a spacious living room with views of the lake and the mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, vessel sink, and rainhead shower with unique metal sides. The bedroom features a queen bed and a window seat with a direct view of Sadawga Lake.

The lot is private and has 150 feet of lakefront with a dock. Take advantage of the beautiful, private deck and large hot tub that overlook the lake. We have a hammock to hang beneath the trees lakeside, or you can take out one of our kayaks to explore the beautiful floating island.

We do allow pets at our tiny home and do not charge an extra fee for them. Because of the small size of the home, we request that pets are no larger than 50lbs. We also require guests to tell us that they are bringing a pet during the initial booking process.

Our stay at this property was exactly what we needed. Not too quiet, not too loud. View of the water also gave us a sunrise each morning over the lake as well as a sunset behind the house that lit up the sky in beautiful colors. - Check in was very easy. The host was easy to contact and very fast to respond from the start of the booking to the end of the stay. - The property was clean and cozy. Everything was comfortable. We loved the aesthetic. - The property is close to a lot of things so we were able to go out on a couple outings for food and shopping but not have to travel far. - We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it. This Tiny Home was for the most part as described. We expected to be able to use the kayaks, but they were very dirty. The hot tub cover did not fully open, only opened half way. Property description stated breakfast and lunch are included with the price to stay...this was not the case. We didnt find out until the day we were due to arrive that the owners restaurant was closed and we were not going to receive breakfast and lunch as described. This was disappointing because the meals justifed the high price we paid. The owner did not offer to credit us for not providing the meals.

I find this surprising since we messaged Linda and informed her we had fresh strawberries and blueberries, bagels and cream cheese, cereal and milk and coffee provided for her stay. Putting was mentioned of the other things you noted until now. 45 days later.

We had 3 lovely nights at the Lakeside Tiny House and spent some wonderful time hiking in nearby state parks. The view of the lake is perfection and the house was just right for my husband and I. Highly recommend.

Lakeside Tiny Home Memorial Weekend

Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable!

Cozy and Peaceful

I enjoyed my two night stay here at the cozy little lake house. the home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I enjoy the lake, many geese and got to see a Blue Herron visiting the dock. I would definitely book another stay here again in the future.

Much needed getaway in the perfect cabin!

My boyfriend and I were speechless. This was the perfect getaway for the both of us and it was absolutely beautiful. Sitting inside with the big windows while it snowed was amazing. We will definitely be booking here again!

I booked this stay thinking it was a lake house to swim off the dock. However, that is not what it was. The water was more just for views and wouldn’t swim off the dock. The water was more of a pond/reservoir and you wouldn’t swim in it unless you were in the middle of the pond. The dogs did get excited at first and jumped in with all the lily pads and bugs, and they smelt for the rest of the trip. We found a black long piece of hair in the bedsheets. The general store they said they owned and can stop by for breakfast and lunch, online it said it was open but it was closed the entire time we were there. They gave us incorrect directions to a boat launch. If they provided more accurate description of what to expect, I think the experience would have been different. With the incorrect description, we went there with one expectation and was incredibly disappointed upon arrival. We spent 800 for two nights for a last hoorah before buying a house and planning a wedding. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Peaceful, quiet location and aspects of the listing were accurate (nice, green space leading down to the pond). Bedding and towels were nice and clean. Other descriptions were not accurate, or felt overly generous. The listing and welcome email made a big deal about the free breakfast and lunch, which is a consideration for the high price at a rural 2-person accommodation. However, the store was closed (it looked like it had been closed for some time), which we only discovered upon arrival. I would have appreciated either a communication, so I could have planned ahead with groceries and/or a reduction of the price per night. Other things were just different than portrayed - the "tiny house" was really a modular, kitchen essentials were a box of salt and some liquid smoke, no oil or spatula for cooking, and the kayak looked like it had been face down in the mud for a while. It just didn't feel like there was a ton of effort into welcoming guests who paid 750 for a 2-night stay, and this was pretty disappointing.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a great weekend away. The house was clean and cozy. The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the water or the fire pit, but the hot tub let us spend some time outside. Breakfast and lunch were a nice treat!

Cozy lakeside house

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Perfect for 2 people - very clean, cozy and private. Sadawga Lake is very quiet and great for kayaking along with several other lakes and reservoirs in the area. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. Loved the hammock by the water and the fire pit in the evenings. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Great spot!

This is a great spot for a getaway! The space was spotless. There was a lot of privacy. The location was close to everything we needed. The space is cozy and super fun with the hot tub and fore pit! We we are able to enjoy the included breakfast, which was great before skiing!

Great Spot

Really enjoyed our stay at this tiny house on the lake. Lake and surrounding area in Southern VT was beautiful. Tiny home had everything needed to accommodate two adults and a dog. Great yard for the dog and a nice yard to relax in. Owner was responsive and helpful for any requests. Would recommend the spot for anyone looking to get away for a few days.
