Indoor layout

Entering the villa from the main entrance on the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances, living room area with satellite 55” HDTV and an indoor dining table. The living room area opens to the veranda which offers exceptional views of the landscape and also connects you to the pool and the garden area through a staircase. On the ground floor there is also a WC.

The first floor through a staircase, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and hydro-massage. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed,also all the bedrooms have access to the balcony.

A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. This floor also has its own entrance from the outdoor and it could be a totally independent from the rest of the house. On this floor there is an open plan area with living room, secondary kitchen and dining table. Additionally there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed. Also there is a bathroom with shower and hydro-massage are found on the same floor. This floor has also a direct access to the pool area.

This property has also 3 security cameras outside of the building.The first is at the main entrance , the second one is at the entrance of the lower floor (which is located as same level as the pool level) and the third one is at the pool.

Outdoor area

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 55 sq. m ecological swimming pool

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a wood oven and sink

- Dining table

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and sofa and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
