This house was really great for our somewhat last minute trip to be with family. We had plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone in our family, and comfortable, spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was almost big enough for us, lol, but there were only 4 chairs (we have 5 in our family). Not a deal breaker. We loved playing pool in the dining room during our downtime. We did not use the washer/dryer but they looked new. Note - this is an old house. If you are not used to historic homes, you might be surprised by some of the features. But it's a really beautiful historic home, and we used to live in a similar place. We only used street parking. It's very nicely located close to Rt 13 and easy to get to lots of food and grocery stores, the university and more. We did have issues with the way the cleaning service left some aspects of the house, and I contacted the owner who replied quickly. The house has a lock that connects to an app on a smartphone. It was fine for our stay, but I don't know if more than one person can use the app. Also, the hot tub was not available when we were there, but I didn't see that noted in the property description. All in all, we were satisfied with the house.
