The building has an elevator for your convenience and is directly across from the pool, clubhouse and courts. Ideally located, this condo is east of Rt 1 with access to the outlets on Coastal Hwy or a quick walk or cycle into town. You can avoid Rt 1 traffic with a nice bike ride into downtown Rehoboth Beach. This condo is in walking distance to the Junction & Breakwater Trail.

Things to Know
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double sofabed in the living room.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is a choice of stairs and an elevator to access the condo.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
