ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE:
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately June 2026, to August 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Great location with amazing ocean, lagoon and pool view! The apartment was cleaned and with all amenities to a very comfortable stay. Good apartment. We like the side of the building - the sun light just before noon, so it is nit so hot inside. Also good view for fireworks. The unit has signs of renewal, good quality overall. The paddle is not secured on the wall and almost hitted the baby. Mattress is soft. Not recommended for people with back problems. There was no electicity for 12 hours which killed one full day for us - were not able to cook food for baby and no work without an internet.

It was a mandatory building-wide outage that was completely beyond our control, and we did our best to inform guests as soon as we were notified.
