Comfortable, cozy and clean! Room for 8 guests to stay in our ski in ski out townhouse - Summer or Winter! Lots of great restaurants, antique shops and wineries to visit!

Enjoy the entire townhouse - ski in ski out - beautiful location. It’s peaceful, comfortable and clean. A family or romantic getaway. Enjoy the fireplace, cook a lovely mean in full kitchen and enjoy in the open living space with dining room. TV in living room area or in the private bedroom. Upstairs there is plenty of space to sleep. And another bathroom w shower, vanity and lots of privacy.

You have access to the entire townhouse, the outdoor patio and outdoor gas grill. There’s plenty of firewood to build a nice fire inside too!

We leave you with our Townhouse Guidebook and several other boos to review during your stay. There is a wrath of outdoor activities around the Finger Lakes region, experiences, shopping and hiking. These books are meant for our guests to enjoy, so please leave them right where they are at. Thanks!

Perfect ski trip rental. True ski-in, ski-out access, clean and comfortable townhouse, and a great setup for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The house was very clean and the check-in process was super easy. The location was amazing! We were there for my son’s ski competition and the ski in ski out was perfect. Donna was also super responsive whenever I had a question. We would definitely stay there again for sure!

Family ski vacation! Great place to stay right by the lodge! Lots of space for all - keep in mind the upstairs has the king bed and the bunks and it’s all part of a spacious loft. We stayed downstairs in the queen bedroom and had to be pretty quiet in the mornings while others were asleep. Great communication from the host!

Heating system doesn’t work and the house couldn’t get above 54 degrees. We had to leave early and the host only refunded the cost of one night. When we made them aware about the heating system we were told to build a fire in the fireplace which obviously didn’t do anything. Further, the listing is inaccurate. This is a one bedroom condo with a loft that is open to the rest of the house with a bed on one side and bunks on the other. Condo was also very dirty with dusty drapes and cobwebs everywhere.

Great ski in and out

You cannot beat the ski in and out location. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the two nights we stayed during our ski trip. The communication with the host was great. We plan to go back for more than 2 nights.

Can't beat the location. Plenty of room. Very clean. We were only two couples, but there would have comfortably been room for a third couple or children. Kitchen had everything we needed and host was very responsive to messages.

Great Location to Ski Bristol

This house has a great location for skiing at Bristol Mountain. We loved the easy access to the lifts and had a great ski weekend! The condo description is not written very clear, so please note there is only one shower and only one separate bedroom. These details made it a bit challenging for our family sleep situation and shower schedule. While it can sleep up to 8 people, the loft (where the majority of the beds are located) is open to the living and dining room and noise travels throughout. Otherwise this condo met our needs our family really enjoyed our stay at Bristol!

Beautiful views & property

Thank you Phil & Denise for sharing your beautiful Villa with us. We had the most wonderful time. From the minute you walk in the views are absolutely stunning. Everything was very comfortable. The Beach area with the lounge chairs was amazing, comfortable & private as well. We had plenty of sunny spots and shade if we wanted it. It was nice having the smaller pool close to the property where we could just pop over and take a dip. We loved watching the turtles that passed by throughout the day. We saw rays and Starfish as well. Bring your water shoes as it's a little rocky getting in and out of the water but just a wonderful spot! The king size bed in the master was so cozy and comfortable and the wrap around balcony up there is where we spent a lot of our time. The master bath is huge and also has windows with great views! I can't say enough good things! We also loved the central location of February point. The property is beautiful and we felt very safe there but we always feel safe anywhere on Great Exuma. Having the Rusty Anchor right there for lunches and dinners if we didn't want to go exploring was wonderful. Tasty food & drinks. The Beach club was also very nice. Another plus was having a marina right there. We chartered a boat for the day and they picked us up right at the marina. The Villa is only a short walk from the beach club, restaurant and marina.We will be back for sure! Thanks again!

Great ski in/ski out property

Excellent home to spend some cozy time with the family next to the fire watching the slopes. Walk right out the back door and ski over to the lift's. You park the car and it doesn't have to move for the entire stay!

Great stay!

Great stay! Nice view of the slopes, very convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of sleeping areas to host a group for 8. Big laundry area for gear and wet boots. Easy check-in. Would recommend.

Ski weekend

We had a great stay at Donna's townhouse.I don't ski but my family does and this was the perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. I spent my time watching the slopes and enjoying the fireplace. The townhouse faces the slopes and is an easy ski over to the lifts. Donna was great to work with and was always quick to respond. We look forward to staying there again.
