This unit is a completely private, separate 750-square-foot unit, which is on the second floor of a residential house. There are 15 stairs leading up to the unit. Please note that a family of four (including two kids and a dog) lives below, so you will hear kid noise at times. You’ll be given a unique keycode to enter the unit, and you can park right in front of the house. The home is stocked with beach accessories, kids’ equipment (stroller, highchair, travel crib), and local area information. From this upscale area, you’re just minutes from the local grocery stores, many restaurants, parks, playgrounds, beach, Zoo, Sea World, and Downtown.

This modern and spacious apartment has a queen-sized bed with luxury sheets, Casper pillows, and a Tuft & Needle mattress to ensure you get a comfortable night’s sleep, along with locally inspired artwork. The room has a convenient charging station, a dresser to store all of your clothes, a laptop-friendly desk, and a roomy walk-in closet.

The bedroom features nature-inspired accents, earthy color tones, hardwood floors, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The comfy couch and air mattress are perfect for accommodating additional guests.

The en-suite bathroom is an elegant, bright space with a tub/shower combo, vanity with plenty of storage, magnified lighted mirror, hotel-quality towels, and subtle accents that bring it all together. Forgot something? Please help yourself - a hair dryer, flat-iron, and curling iron are under the sink, and extra items (toothpaste, floss, OTC medicine, etc) next to the vanity for your convenience! Whether you’re a family coming to San Diego for adventure , a professional here on business, or anyone in between, this spacious bathroom is set up to give you everything you need to unwind from a busy day.

The open-concept layout of this private apartment allows the kitchen to flow effortlessly into the main dining area. Two skylights flood the home with natural light, making it a pleasant place to hang out.

The contemporary kitchen features stainless steel appliances, shelves, and drawers stocked with essential kitchen gadgets. Use the combination Keurig/Drip coffee machine to brew coffee every morning and the microwave, stove, toaster/air fryer, and rice cooker to make homemade meals or reheat leftovers.

The living room area is complete with a plush white sofa, comfortable blankets, coffee table, , and an impressive flat-screen Smart TV. Prop your feet up and binge-watch your favorite shows, or curl up with a good book on the comfortable lounge furniture. Love to read? A sunny reading nook offers the ideal place to get lost in a good book.


If you have a car, that is a great option, but there are so many other transportation options - walking, easy access to Uber, Lyft, the Bus, Trolley, rental cars, and 2 miles to airport. This is such a beautiful neighborhood, we recommend walking around the neighborhood, take a short walk to Liberty Station (~10 minutes), check out the eclectic Ocean Beach for it's antique shops and walk down Newport Avenue, shops and restaurants on Voltaire (Voltaire St. and Catalina St.), and much more!
