Seaside home, steps away to a quiet beach. Three bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths and an outdoor shower, right across the street from a beautiful, kid-friendly saltwater beach. (Sunset Cove/Shell Point Bay). Water and stunning sunset views from the front yard and enclosed 4 season front porch as well as water/sunset views from master and guest bedrooms! One King, 1 Queen, 2 doubles, - sleeps 8!! There is also a pack n play. AC window units in each bedroom. Good size kitchen (very well stocked) and bedrooms, living room and 4 season porch. Grill, outdoor patio with patio furniture, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 3 smart TV's (all are fire stick ready- no cable) WIFI.
Great location, walking distance to the charming town of Onset, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, marina, and of course the water and beach right in front!!
Plenty to do for children, Within a 10 minute drive to Water Wiz, mini golf, arcades etc. Golfing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating all within minutes of location. Mass Maritime Academy is 3 miles away.

Fantastic

Location is perfect. Great neighborhood. Seconds away from multiple beaches. Rob was attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend his house. Definitely a value for what the home offers.

Family Get-A-Way

We had an incredible time at lovely home on the coast as our family gathered together across three different states and three generations. The home was perfect, giving us each our own space and many places to gather. It was so close to the beach as well as to Onset village. Eminently walkable. So many amenities!. We plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our Second Stay at the Cottage

We had a great time in Onset visiting our son. The cottage has wonderful views of the water and the sunsets are beautiful! The cottage is spacious and could accommodate a large family. Another plus for this cottage is it has a large kitchen.We would love to stay here again. Rob and Kathy, the owners, are great people to rent from.

Celebrating Christmas with family

We were visiting Onset at Christmas time to celebrate with our son and the cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Robert, the owner, had everything ready for us including Christmas decorations and tree. The cottage was perfect with respect to the large kitchen which we used for our family dinners. The cottage is spacious and has great views of Shell Point Bay. We look forward to visiting here again

Lovely house, great location

The house is great, has everything you could need. As another reviewer has said, the only slight negative is how warm it gets downstairs in the summer as the single window air con unit at the front of the house has to work very hard. But it's a very minor thing, a couple of fans to move the cool air around and it was OK in the dining area. Bedrooms are fine as they each have their own AC unit. Plenty of towels, beach towels and even some chairs and things to take to the beach, which was great. The area is lovely, a small beach is a minute away and the larger beach on the other side of the peninsula is perhaps 5 minutes' walk. Walking distance to nice bars and restaurants - Marc Anthony's was basic but good; Nana's Ice Cream was lovely, Stonebridge Bar and Grill was very nice. Convenience store nearby was great.

Great overall

House was as advertised and overall great experience. Location was super close walk to two sections of beach (one private and one public) and also a fairly short walk to some restaurants. House was equipped with more than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Word to the wise, the fans are hidden in a closet we didn't look in till we were checking out (joke was on us since we sweated the whole time downstairs!) Only feedback for improvement is the ACs - add one downstairs and clean the existing/replace the one in the King bedroom. Also one note - the stairs are steep and would be difficult for anyone who's older or has trouble with stairs at all. Would stay again/recommend.

Great Stay In Onset

House was clean and well stocked in the kitchen, just a short walk down the hill to the bay and also plenty of extras in the shed for the beach,we had a problem with one of the knobs on the stove and let Rob know and he was right there the next morning to take care of it!great host great location.can’t wait to go back

Perfect vacation house

We had high expectations, based on a previous experience in a vacation rental and assumed nothing would compare, but this property compared, and in many details it surpassed those expectations. The house was immaculate, the perfect balance of traditional features (lovely woodwork and fireplace) and updates. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, including lots of beach chairs and towels, a roomy kitchen with lots of staples and plenty of dishes, pans, etc, and outdoor seating. The beach was a 2 minute walk and a beautiful sunset could be seen from the porch. Responsive and friendly owners and plenty of parking. We will definitely return.

Great beach vacation !

This was a perfect house for myself, my husband, our 2 kids, and my husbands parents. The house itself was very comfortable me and the location is amazing. The sunsets were always beautiful, we would sit in the yard to enjoy them, or take the short walk to the water. Walking to the beach was very easy whenever we wanted to swim, play in the sand, fly a kite, do yoga , etc ! It’s also an easy walk into town, whether we wanted to go out to eat, go to the concert in the park, or catch a boat ride on the cape cod canal. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and helpful !

Lovely house in a lovely place

The house was great, well equipped and very spacious. Based in a very nice neighborhood of an equally lovely village. All the people we talked to were exceedingly friendly. The location is great, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and ice-cream parlours. It's a short drive to major supermarkets and your fastfood venue of choice. The owners were available anytime we needed them, and couldn't do enough to help us. All in all, we had a lovely time here and it was in no small part, due to this property. Highly recommend
