You will discover a friendly atmosphere, punctuated by the colourful stalls of the local market, typical small shops and restaurants "with your feet in the sand", perfect for enjoying a meal facing the sea.



Surrounded by greenery, the villa enjoys a lovely unobstructed view of the sea and the island of Marie-Galante. The sea is located about 150 metres away — a soothing setting on a daily basis — even if there is no direct access for swimming. To fully enjoy the pleasures of the sea, the famous Caravelle beach (Club Med), with its turquoise lagoon and calm waters, is less than 2 km away.



Perfectly located midway between Pointe-à-Pitre and Pointe des Châteaux, the villa serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the multiple facets of Guadeloupe, from heavenly beaches to nature excursions and discovering Creole heritage.

Designed to comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends, this high-end villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, spread across two levels, offering each person their own space for rest and privacy.

The heart of the villa unfolds around a bright living space with



-a fully equipped American kitchen, open to the living room and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the sea

-The living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television, opens widely to the outside and the infinity pool, creating a soft continuity between interior and exterior



This level also includes:



-Two air-conditioned suites, each with a King Size bed (180x200), wardrobes/closet, and direct access to the terrace with sea view. Each has its own private bathroom, with a toilet in one of them.

-A separate guest toilet, independent for greater convenience.

-A vast covered terrace, equipped with a dining area and two garden lounges to relax at any time of day, offering direct access to the heated infinity pool with sea view, perfect for lounging all year round facing the horizon.



Ground floor: privacy and comfort - Below, you will find:



-Two air-conditioned rooms with a Queen Size bed (160x200), each opening onto a small covered terrace fitted with a garden lounge.

-A shared shower room with toilets.

-An air-conditioned suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), also featuring a covered terrace, a garden lounge, and an adjoining shower room with toilets.

-Attached to the Suite, a small room equipped with a sofa bed allowing sleeping for 2 people (air conditioning shared with the Suite by keeping the door open)

Note: the villa can be rented with another villa located on the same plot GPSA82 allowing accommodation for up to 16 people (each with independent access)



To note: the rates differ depending on the number of participants and rooms (one rate for 4 rooms 8 people, and one rate for 6 rooms 12 people)
