Hidden Quiet Gem in the Heart of Ocean City

Directly in the heart of downtown Ocean City, this updated two bedroom two full bath condo is great for 4-6 people. You are less than a half a mile from the beach, Jolly Rogers, Salty Dog Bar and Restaurant, and the beginning of the boardwalk. This condo puts you in the center of all the action, while being in tucked away that gives you peace and quiet while staying at the beach. 2 Free parking spaces along with street parking is included as well. During the off season (October to April), guests have an option of bringing their own towels and linens. If guests furnish their own towels and linens, the cleaning cost is $90.00. If we furnish the towels and linens, there will be an additional cost of $60, which must be paid before taking occupancy of the condo.

Great Stay

Great/clean area of OC. The property is a little older, but clean and that’s what is most important to me. Communication was easy and the host got back to me quickly with answers to my questions.

Our girls trip here was nothing short of amazing! The property is within a 15 minute walk of the beach/boardwalk and access to the beach bus, which made travel super easy. The property itself is clean and comfortable and had plenty of amenities (dishwasher, washer and dryer, A/C, three TVs) so we felt right at home. Our host was communicative and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Just a note, to have towels and linens provided is an extra fee, but for the location and price we didn't mind. We can't wait to come back soon and hopefully book here again!

Girls beach getaway

We had a girls beach getaway and this place was perfect for us. The space was small, but we were really only eating and sleeping there, so it worked for us. There was a Dunkin’ within walking distance, which made the teens happy. The beach was an easy walk too. The area was nice and we felt safe there. The listing says the boardwalk is within walking distance, and technically it is, but it’s not the fun part of the boardwalk. That was about a 20-30 minute walk, or a short drive (as long as you can find parking). My only other complaint is the kitchen has bare minimum utensils/supplies, so we made a trip to the Dollar Tree to get a few items we needed for making our meals.

What a wonderful experience. I was able to check in earlier than expected. We had a code issue that was fixed within 10 minutes. Lots of room. Comfy beds. Cute and cozy! I don’t have a complaint! We only spent a night but it was exactly what we needed!

Ocean City Trade Show

We were in Ocean City for the trade show. The accommodations were perfect for us. The unit is a bit small might not work as well for children, but we had everything that we needed. Price was great and the unit is very comfy. The stairs going up to the unit are a little difficult for us seniors and the baseboards especially in the bathroom need attention. But overall I give it a B+

Great clean and convenient with newer appliances and decor

My self, my daughter and her two friends stay at this property for one week during senior beach week. The property was clean and had upgraded appliances with decor. Definitely not the standard Ocean City condo that hasn’t been upgraded since 1999 or maybe even earlier no floral print 1980 couches with rotting carpet. These are the things that I’m used to find with affordable rentals in Ocean City this place Was right next to the bay and right across the street. You could sit on park benches and watch the sunset which was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was lovely safe and right next to several restaurants convenient stores five minutes or less to the beach so it was great. We had a couple of issues with the battery on the lock to the door, but the host responded literally within 10 minutes of every single text or communication provided options And was very responsive so we enjoyed the stay as well as the service and the price was affordable. We put this in our favorites. Hopefully, we can use this again in the future.

The place was very clean and met our basic needs for the stay. However, we did notice a few areas that could use some attention. The beds were quite uncomfortable, as the mattresses were very thin, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. The kitchen had some essentials for cooking breakfast, but a few more pots, pans, and a mixing bowls would have been helpful. Most concerning were the steps leading up to the property (since it’s on the second floor) — several on the left side were broken, making them unsafe. We made sure to stay to the right when going up. With a few improvements, this could be a great place to stay.

Very cute 2 bed 2 bath rental in a great location. Walkable to the beach and many other attractions. We had a group of 5 friends and it was a good size for the weekend.
