The house is in a great location, very clean and our beds were comfortable. However, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and there was not enough good lounge seating for a house that sleeps 6. The dining table was enormous and made the room flow awkward. Unlikely to rent again.

3 Nights in Chattanooga

The property was located in a great area with restaurants, coffee, and groceries very close by. The neighborhood was nice with hilly streets and interesting houses. It took us 5 mins to drive to the aquarium. The house was nice overall with a mixed opinion on the matresses. The kitchen is fine but feels designed by someone who doesn't cook (very overly complicated kitchen sink and interesting induction range.The ac unit in one bedroom, right above the bed, had mold (as did the refrigerator's doors).The last massive negative was the living room couch and the seating in the main room in general. There is one very small couch and then 2 chairs and dining room chairs. The couch is not up to par with anything about the house or this price point. It is adding more sleeping capacity, but at the expense of having anywhere to sit/ a comfortable couch.Overall we loved our trip to Chattanooga and the location was perfect. With very minor upgrades this would be a 5 star house

This place is great, and had everything we needed! Would 100% stay here again. A few minor suggestions:-would be helpful to have more than one key;-the master mattress is pretty hard. Could use a new one or a padded topper;-could use more substantial duvets/ blankets on the two downstairs beds.Again, these items are minor things merely meant to be constructive. This is a great place to stay, and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Chattanooga and at the Hamilton Ave. property. The home accommodated our entire party comfortably and provided the essentials for our stay. The home is located on a hill, so be prepared for a good hike if you decide to walk anywhere. The park and walking bridge to downtown Chattanooga is more like a 15-20 minute walk. With our two SUV's the parking was more than adequate. Having three (3) bathrooms was a HUGE plus and the washer and dryer were a bonus. With only two (2) bath towels and one (1) wash cloth per person, one hand towel per bathroom, and one dish towel in the kitchen laundry was necessary. We would stay at the Hamilton Ave. property, without hesitation, when we visit Chattanooga again.

Very nice vacation and get a way ! House was very comfortable and modern. The range and sink take sometime figuring out , but was nice to eat breakfast at the house ! The living room couch needs to be replaced , not comfortable, pretty but not comfortable! Thank you for wonderful time !

Great stay in Chattanooga

Decided to spend a few days in Chattanooga during spring break. This property was perfect. Layout was unique, entering on the top floor with the living room/dining room/kitchen/1 bedroom on entrance floor. Two more bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Great location as well. Couple of minutes from a nice shopping area.Only negative was you might need a PhD to figure how to work the kitchen faucet and the stove top.

The Hamilton Villa is a comfortable place for family to gather.There are many shops and a grocery store in walking distance. The only concern we had was the bed in the master in the lower level was hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was an updated Villa with a great kitchen and a washer/dryer in the lower level.

This property was absolutely everything we hoped it would be and more. Kitchen was well stocked to make family meals together. Beds are very comfortable. And plenty of hot water for everyone to get a shower. I would recommend this place to anyone.
