This gorgeous home is a short easy 8 minute walk (.5 miles) from Frazier Ave and the Walnut Street walking bridge! Once you cross over the bridge you are in Downtown right by the Aquarium! Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping that the North Shore provides right at your fingertips. Hamilton Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. Explore all the best parts of Chattanooga while staying in this our Hamilton Villa!

Our Favorite Things:
This home offers 2 back decks overlooking the city; one with a charcoal grill and and the other a gas fire-pit. This home has high-speed wireless internet throughout and has a huge 60 inch smart TV in the living room. The large master bedroom downstairs also has a smart TV. You can watch movies and TV shows on the apps like Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc where you can log into your own accounts. As of right now this home does not have cable TV. There is room to park 4 vehicles out front of the home!

HOME LAYOUT:
When entering the home you are met with lots of natural lighting and a large spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area with views of the city from the large windows. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed that folds down into a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed plate-ware, drink-ware, cookware and all essentials needed to prepare a meal. There is a drip coffee machine with a medium coffee roast provide. Near the stairway is the first bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious bedroom, and a full bathroom that attached. Head downstairs and you'll find two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and large master ensuite bathroom with a beautiful glass tiled shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. There is a door in this bedroom that leads to the downstairs patios where the fire-pit is located. The last bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet, and a full bathroom right down the hall.

Charcoal Grill:

There is a charcoal grill on the outdoor patio off of the kitchen. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters. Please clean the grate after you use it!
