Norris Lake Condo at Waterside Marina, Andersonville, TN

This Norris Lake property is a professionally and beautifully decorated condo, and it’s nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee! From the private balcony, to the lake views, to the many amenities the development offers, this comfortable condo will feel like a home away from home.
Located directly across the parking lot from the front door of the condo, guests may enjoy the use of a 2000 square feet clubhouse; however, guests may not host pool parties or events. The clubhouse has a kitchen, a living room with TV, poker table, fitness center, and separate rest rooms. Access to the development’s outdoor pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty) IS SEASONAL, and both open the end of May and usually close in September. The outdoor area at the club house provides a gas grill, ample covered patio seating around the pool for cooling off in the shade, or if you wish to bask in the sun, you may enjoy one of the many poolside loungers. The property includes a small putting green and an additional picnic area with charcoal grills. Children will love the nearby, small play set! This is a place for relaxation and family fun!
The property is situated on a point and includes a lighted, concrete walk-way. After a long day on the water, guests may enjoy the covered outdoor area on the point, which includes an outdoor fire place and beautiful seating area. If guests opt to stay inside for a television night, ROKU platform is available, using guest mode to stream.
Norris offers exceptional fishing, and the water is beautiful, clean, and clear.
Waterside Marina, including a seasonal restaurant, is nearby and offers everything you need for a fun lake getaway! Call ahead to Waterside Marina to check the availability of a pontoon rental. During the summer lake season, pontoon rentals go quickly! Reserve in advance! PLEASE NOTE: The Waterside boat launch is private and designated only for condo owners and insured boat slip renters, per Waterside Marina. Condo renters may not launch at Waterside Marina. Launching and boat storage/parking is not part of the condo rental agreement. There is a nearby public launch at Big Ridge State Park or Loyston. Neither boat or jet ski trailers are allowed within the gates at the Waterside Condominium complex.

Again, the pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty) do not open until the end of May, the condo’s gas fireplace is seasonal (winter only), there is a three night minimum on this rental, and guests may not host any party or event in the condo or on the development’s property.
Lastly, and importantly, inside the condo, there are two flights of stairs.
