SANDPIPER 3206-COME VISIT THE BEATIFUL BEACHES OF DESTIN ON THE GULF OF AMERICA

Sandpiper Cove is a gated community resort on 43 acres located on the Gulf of America. Sandpiper Cove has the most to offer in Destin with a family atmosphere and includes many amenities not offered elsewhere. We have a large private white sandy beach with the "Sand Flea" beach bar in the pavilion plus rest rooms. Sandpiper has 5 pools, hot tubs, 8 new lighted pickleball courts, tennis courts and a free par 3 golf course on the property. Our condo #3206 is a clean comfortable updated 2 bedroom 2 baths with a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, located directly on the canal and it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Our unit includes the BEACH SERVICE SETUP (umbrella and 2 chairs) with every rental. On the property is the famous Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant where you can dine and enjoy the evening sunsets. The marina pool overlooks the harbor plus there are 4 other pools for your enjoyment. As an added treat the Destin Water Taxi will pick you up at our marina and take you to the restaurants, bars, shops at the Destin Harbor. There you may be interested in seeing what the deep sea fishing boats bring in to the docks.

Sandpiper Cove offers a family setting without high rise elevators or over crowded swimming pools. Enjoy feeding the fish, turtles and ducks from our extended balcony, directly on the canal looking down to the Destin Harbor. Bring your swimming suits and make many family memories.

Our stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend. This location was perfect for our family of 5 ( kids ages 14, 7 and 1). Being able to feed ducks and turtles off the balcony was alot of fun for all ages. The golf course, pool and pickle ball was also a big hit. Major plus having a short walk to the beach. Mike was great to communicate with. He reached out to us before our arrival and after we left. We hope to make it back and stay there again!

Great Getaway

Amazing week!

Sandpiper Cove is our favorite place to stay. We have stayed 9 times so far. This condo has been my favorite! The condo looked just like the pictures, the location on the canal was great, condo was stocked. The owner was super nice and helpful! Pool and beach are a VERY short walk. It was such a great week! Can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay

We were very impressed with the complete process of renting this wonderful condo. Check-in was super easy, Mike sent us a personal message and answered our question immediately. When we walked in, it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. Every moring we fed the turtles and fish off the balcony. It was very peaceful! We hope to come back next year!!!

Relaxing Venue

It was so nice to be in a gated community off the beaten path away from all of the hustle and bustle of a “touristy” destination! The condo was clean and had many extras to make our stay comfortable and less stressful. Sitting on the deck was relaxing and quiet. We will definitely be back…maybe for a longer stay over the winter months when we retire in a couple years! Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise!

Great location, great lay out, wonderful host!

This was our 2nd trip to Destin, FL in 3 years. We love the Sandpiper Cove condo community set up largely due to the security and the private beach access. This was our 1st time staying at Mike’s condo and if we return to Destin in the future our first choice will be his place! Not only is his condo very well maintained, tastefully decorated and CLEAN but also this is the most well stocked and organized rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most any rental will have the basic, everyday needs available but Mike’s condo essentials are nice and well kept/organized. You can tell he really cares for his property, not only from seeing it but also from the couple of 10+ minute chats I had with him on the phone. He really is a nice, down to earth, family guy and we are so happy he shared his beautiful place with us!

Great place for a family vacation!!!

This condo was very clean upon arrival, had all the amenities you would need on a beach trip. Mike the owner was great to work with. He checked in a couple of weeks before our arrival to keep us informed and also while we were there to make sure everything was acceptable. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful and Memorable Family Vacation

I brought my 13-year-old son and 12-year-old nephew for a long-awaited beach vacation and it did not disappoint! The owners made everything so easy and the communication was great. The condo was clean, well-supplied, comfortable, and very welcoming. My boys were SUPER impressed with the wi-fi and were able to play their games with no lag whatsoever. (They haven't quit reminding me now that we're back at home and playing on my "lame" wi-fi, lol) The location is ideal for shopping, access to restaurants, but mostly because it's such a short distance to the beach, which is beautiful and it's such a convenience having Rick's Sandtrap Beach Bar and Grill right there so we could all have snacks. No having to lug around a cooler. Then at night, just getting to walk back over to the beach for the boys to hunt crabs while I relaxed, taking in the breeze, listening to the waves and the laughter of two happy boys. We were even able to take the water taxi from the dock at Sandpiper to Harborwalk Village. How convenient is that?! Thank you again, Mike and Diana! We will be back!

Amazing location, size and amenities for family!

We loved staying here!! Not only is the location great, but we also had a very comfortable, family friendly home for our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing in the on site marina, the beach, and catching crab in the canal. Our 9mo old, 2 year old (who loved feeding ducks and turtles from the deck) and two teenagers all had a wonderful time at the pools and the beach. This condo is big and was a great size for all of us, which is hard to find! Mike, the owner, was also easy to contact, very nice, accommodating and responded very quickly. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love hopefully returning!

The propery was beautiful and clean. The walk to the beach was quick and safe. The best part is the deck right outside the livingroom. My kids love to see fishes and turtles while having their meals. This place was so nice, comfortable, and clean. Beds were super comfy! Updated and nice throughout. Owner was quick to respond and as nice as this unit! We loved the golf (have stayed and played here before at different unit.) Beaches on the gulf are so pretty! We would positively stay here again!

We checked in with ease. When we opened the door, we were very pleased with what we saw. We loved the decor and all of the space. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms which we were recently updated. The kids loved the balcony which is right over the salt water canal. We were able to see turtles, fish, crabs and birds daily. Another thing we enjoyed was being able to get in touch with the renters. They got back to us pretty quick. We used the beach area specific to Sand Piper Cove which was nice since it was right across the street. We did use their rentals a few days but just the umbrella since we brought our own chairs. The cost of that was about $13.00 a day. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place to stay!!

*Sandpiper cove has a great family atmosphere located in the heart of Destin with many activities on the property. We have 5 separate pools, hot tubs, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, shuffle boards. Fish from our docks and marina, enjoy a great meal and sunset at 'The Louisiana Lagniappe' located on our property. *Take the water taxi from our marina to Crab Island or down to the Destin Harbor and boat docks.
*Our unit is located on the canal with a view down the harbor and only a short 3 minute walk to the beach. You may also choose to drive and park close to the walkovers to the beach.
*There is a pavilion on the beach with a full snack bar and restrooms. We offer a full beach service for chair water sports rentals.
*Grill your fish or burgers on several grills located throughout the property by beach, pools and tennis courts.
*Relax and enjoy the sunsets from the beach or the pool overlooking the harbor.
*Family memories that will last a life time!
