This beautiful 2,000 sq ft home is just minutes to the historic Village of Arroyo Grande. The central location is a perfect home base to explore the Central Coast. Only 10 minutes to Pismo Beach, 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo and 15 minutes to Avila Beach! Bring your family and friends and enjoy this Arroyo Grande oasis. It will feel like your home away from home with plenty of near by activities or stay in and enjoy the spacious backyard and fully equipped home.

The Space:
Our property features a spacious home with the main living area on the second story, while the garage is located on the ground floor. This unique layout allows for beautiful views of the surrounding area from the upper level.

Inside, you'll find comfortable and inviting rooms, with plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. The living room and bedrooms are well-appointed and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you need to feel at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners or hosting guests.

The outdoor areas are also thoughtfully designed, with a spacious balcony on the second story that offers stunning views. The backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining with plenty of space for grilling and gathering with friends and family.

Our Arroyo Grande neighborhood is easy to get around and there are plenty of options for transportation. If you're bringing your own vehicle, you'll have multiple driveway parking spots right on our cul-de-sac.

If you prefer to leave the driving to someone else, there are local taxi and rideshare services available, as well as a nearby bus stop that can take you to attractions and destinations in the area.

For those who enjoy walking or biking, there are several scenic trails and paths in the area that are perfect for exploring the neighborhood and beyond.

Parking is plentiful and convenient, and you won't have to worry about finding street parking. Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any traffic noise.

*All bookings are required to agree to our rental agreement terms prior to check-in. A copy will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Also, payment processing fess are non-refundable.

DOG POLICY: This property is dog friendly. There is an additional pet stay fee of $100 for booking with a dog. (Low shedding dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, dogs over 50 lbs with low shedding will be considered on a case by case basis.) If you are considering bringing your furry family member, please let the host know when you book. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.
