Beaches, harbor restaurants, and cafes are all within walking distance, including Lighthouse Beach (1 min), Sand Hill’s Beach (4 min), Museum Beach (5 min), and the Harbor (10 min). Our home is ideal for extended families on summer vacations and popular for off-season weddings, situated near the lighthouse and multiple wedding venues. The third floor features a master bedroom with a private bath, living area, kitchen with counter seating, and decks offering oceanfront, Cedar Point, and harbor views. The second floor has four bedrooms, two with oceanfront decks and one with a deck overlooking the front yard. The first floor includes a kitchen with a seating nook, walk-in pantry, living space with a pull out sleep sofa and another couch, a TV, and a dining table for 10. Three powered air mattresses are available for extra guests. Both kitchens are fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. As of May 2025 there is an AC unit in each room. This is a beautiful walking area which is very active in the summer. On site parking holds 9 cars. Cedar Point and the whole coast of Scituate is home to great striped bass fishing, depending on tide you can catch bass right off the rocks in front of the house and even snorkel for lobsters.
