A rare opportunity awaits, as this rental offers the possibility to rent the whole resort for family reunions or large group gatherings. Offered in this listing, is the Main Lodge as well as the beach house for large group gatherings and family reunions. Main lodge renters will have priority to rent up to 6 additional Cabins and 3 RV spots located on the property. During peak season, weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday. The main lodge is available year-round, the additional cabins are closed during the winter months.

Lien's Resort is located on beautiful Leech Lake, in the community of Brevik, which is approximately 3 hours north of the Twin Cities. Leech Lake is known for world-class walleye and muskie fishing in Minnesota. The lake also boasts healthy populations of northern pike, bass, and panfish with endless shoreline and structures to locate fish.
Don’t worry about not having enough beds to lay your head down after a great day on the lake. The Main Lodge has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. It is perfect for a large group or family. For more than 20 people, this property has multiple cabins available to rent along with the Main Lodge for those that need to go for the “whole resort experience” for large events and reunions. The main lodge has recent, modern updates including an extra large kitchen for making family meals while enjoying your stay. The main lodge has a grill/ outdoor kitchen with a sitting area to keep the enjoyment outdoors.

The property boasts over 500ft of lakeshore, with two separate beaches and gorgeous westerly sunset views. There are kayaks, paddle boards, beach toys, and a canoe to enjoy the lake from shore of the sugar sand beach. Relax and enjoy the views on beach chairs during the day or by the fire pit at night.

The property has a beautifully renovated screened-in beach house for an indoor gathering place by day or night. It is equipped with a refrigerator and an outdoor shower for after swimming use. The beach house also has ample room for a blow up mattress for those that want to be on the beach to hear those soothing waves come rolling in over night.

The Sunset Cabin has been converted to a “game room” with a full bathroom as well as an outdoor shower. There is a large screen Smart TV with hundreds of titles of DVD’s, board games, and a card table. The fenced yard and deck is perfect for outdoor yard games and for the kids there is a play house.

The resort’s “Boat House” has a fish cleaning station for your daily catch only a few steps from the dock! Just off the beach there are two docks in a protective cove. One dock has two boat lifts and the other dock can be used to moor your boat. Although there are two boat lifts, one is dedicated to the resort pontoon; the other may be used by guests. If you don’t have your own boat, a modern 22 ft pontoon with 115 HP motor, fully equipped with depth finder, water skis and a tube, is available for rent. (Inquire when calling for rates) The public lake access is only a mile away for convenient loading and unloading of watercraft. There is 2+ acres of vehicle and boat trailer parking located on the property as well.

There are 6 separate Cabins at the resort available for rent within close proximity to the Main Lodge. This is what brings the sleep count up to 44 people. Perfect additions for separate living spaces with large family events. The resort cabins have retained most of the original charm with many modern amenities and updated bathrooms for a relaxing vacation. Each cabin has a separate rental charge and must be booked at the same time as the Main Lodge booking. There are three RV electrical hookups (30-50 amp). If interested in bringing an RV for your stay, please ask about accommodations.

There are many local attractions within a short driving distance including the renowned shops in Walker, ice cream, coffee, restaurants, Northern Lights Casino, Turtle Races in Longville, brewery, movie theater in Hackensack, hiking, biking, ATV trails, a winery and many more. During the winter months, snowmobiling and ice fishing are popular pastimes to enjoy the majestic Northwoods.

Bedding will be provided, but if you prefer your “favorite” pillow or blanket, make sure to bring it along for your stay. No shower towels or beach towels are provided. Each cabin’s kitchen is stocked with general dinnerware, utensils, and cookware. Soap and cleaning supplies will be provided.
