BEAUTIFULLY decorated townhouse close to everything. This two bedroom two and a half bath located steps from Grandview, right off Highway 280 and a short 20 minute drive from the Birmingham airport. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property.

Great location - close to everything. Beautiful home and very clean. Lighting in the upstairs guest bathroom was dim, but everything else was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and attractive. The location was very good. Quiet area and felt very safe!The biggest issue was that the shower in the second bedroom. Both of my adult children tried the shower and could not get anything other than cold water. Luckily the shower in the master bath was fine.We did try to ask for a late check out, which apparently we needed to do sooner than we did. I emailed and called, but no response until it was too late.On the description of the place, it states 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5. Each bedroom has one bed for 2 people. I did inquire before our visit about the additional sleeping accommodations. They replied that a person could sleep on the couch. They were a little unclear about what kind of bedding is available for that. My son did find a blow up mattress in a closet, which he put on the floor of the living room. There was bedding in the closet as well. That situation worked out fine, we just didn't know ahead of time what would be available.

Super clean rental! Some mentioned a few stains on the carpet, but it is almost white so, I thought it was pretty good considering. The layout is great and it’s in a great location close to tons of shopping and food. Only downsides were the upstairs temperature was warm. Only one thermostat and it was downstairs. It was hard to get it cool up there. Also, the lighting in the bathrooms were pretty bad. It’s difficult to get your makeup done right.

Second time stayers here!! Great location, very clean, prompt property manager, great communication. Only complaint is that in the smaller bedroom bathroom, the water in bath/shower is not hot!. So….everyone in our party had to use the master BR shower/bath to take showers. That’s the only complaint! We had a great visit.

Cute townhome with plenty of room and everything we needed. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here, it served it's purpose. In a very nice area. Quick and easy communication with owners. Simple and straightforward. Big draw was 2.5 baths.

Pleasant Stay

Overall a great stay. Property was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. No complaints. Recommendations to improve the experience would include personal touches like some board games for families to enjoy and perhaps a larger television for entertainment. The back patio and yard area could use a little upkeep... but overall, everything was lovely.

This home was exactly as listed, extremely clean and all necessities supplied. There are stairs so if they are a challenge beware, both bedrooms are on 2nd level. There is parking in front of location or in close proximity. There is only 1 television in the living room, there are none in the 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. It served our purposes and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location with access to grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby and yet in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Very clean property! Would definitely stay again! Called host to extend our stay and she was very accommodating and helpful!

We came from Florida to visit our son at Highlands College for the Family Weekend event. This was the perfect location so close to the school. It was clean, had everything we needed, and created the perfect environment to spend time with our son. We will definitely be back!

This place was very clean and in a very good neighborhood. It was a big plus it was also less than 15 minutes to shopping centers and the mall. Property manager is very easy to reach and responds in a timely manner. Would stay here again

Good deal

The property was good. A lot of stairs that if you know ahead is fine. Nice sized and has all amenities you would need. Easy to get to other areas though traffic on the main road to there is very heavy just to know for getting there and leaving.

Clean an Comfortable

While the complex is a bit older it has been well maintained. The unit itself has had updates and is very clean. Located off 280 it is convenient to restaurants and other parts of Birmingham. There is a Publix abut one mile west of the unit.

Wonderful location!!!

We came to school shop at the Summit and it was SO close by!!! Also close by the gym, bowling place, Target and many excellent restaurants!!!! Location was everything. Loved having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to cook in….much better than a hotel.
