Welcome to Bikini Cove! This 8 bedroom/6 bathroom house has two separate units each with their own living/dining areas and kitchens. The units are Bikini Top (upper unit on third floor) and Bikini Bottom (lower unit on second floor). This is perfect for larger groups that want to vacation together but have their own separate spaces. We are dog-friendly so no one gets left behind. Bikini Cove is just steps away from the top-rated Cherry Grove beach.
Come back and hang out by the large private pool. A few blocks away you will find the Heritage Shore Nature Preserve where you can launch a boat or go fishing. Rent a golf cart for your family-Cherry Grove's preferred method of transportation! Close to shops, golf courses, entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, mini-golf, the Cherry Grove Pier-the list goes on and on.
Bikini Bottom and Bikini Top can also be rented separately as well during the off-season.
Please note Bikini Bottom is one set of stairs up and Bikini Top is two sets of stairs up. Linens and bath towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Dog weights and breeds need to be disclosed at booking. Pet Fee:1st dog $75 2nd dog $50-Maximum of four dogs allowed with this booking
NO PARTIES/EVENTS-Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire reservation. Only registered/approved guests are allowed to visit/stay at the residence including the pool area. Unauthorized guests are not allowed as visitors or overnight without prior approval from host.
Guests are responsible for grill supplies and cleaning of the outside grills.
You may see landscapers, pool cleaners or maintenance team members onsite during your stay.
The ice makers are inoperable and is not listed as an amenity.
The pool is cleaned once a week during the colder months and twice a week beginning in April. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. If guests want an additional cleaning they can ask for the request and will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning. Guests might see on site landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team. Guests are responsible for the supplies and cleaning of the outdoor grills.

House Rules and our Short Term Rental Agreement will be given to review before booking as guest agrees to the terms at booking. Guests agree to terms upon booking.
