There are 3 villa options availabable:

Option1:
1 BR Premium Villa - approximately 870 square feet. (The pricing listed is for this 1 BR Premium Villa).
Sleeps up to 4 with plenty of space. Relax on the spacious balcony or patio looking out at the beautiful landscape and/or the champion golf course, or take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area & table. A master bedroom with a king-size Westin Heavenly Bed®. Feel refreshed in the elegant bathroom that has a separate whirlpool tub and Heavenly Shower®. The living room includes a queen sized pullout couch and fireplace. The villa includes flat-panel TVs in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, a Bose® AM/FM Wave® radio and a washer and dryer. Option 2:
1BR Villa – approximately 530 square feet. (The pricing for this 1 BR Villa - the smaller unit is $30/night less than the 1BR Premium Villa - the larger villa). If you do not need the large 1BR, and would like to decrease the amount of rent per night, respond in the email that you would like to choose the smaller 1 BR Villa, which also sleeps up to 4 adults. We will respond with a revised rental quote before you make your decision. Relax on the spacious balcony or patio. The master bedroom has a king-size Westin Heavenly Bed® and flat-panel TV. The villa has a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, a convection microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dinnerware, and a dining table that seats four. Feel refreshed in the Heavenly® Bath with a shower. The living room includes a queen sized pullout couch/sofa bed. The villa includes flat-panel TVs in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, a Bose® AM/FM Wave® radio and a washer and dryer. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is also available. Option 3:
Need more room? - combine the 1BR Premium Villa (the larger villa) and the 1 BR Villa (the smaller villa) for a spacious 2BR lockoff Villa, approximately 1,400 square feet! If you wish to have the 2BR Villa, indicate that in your booking request and we will provide a revised rental quote before you make your decision. IMPORTANT NOTE:
Since I do not own a specific Villa, I must check for availability for each reservation request. Since I need to check availability with the Westin Villas, there is no guarantee of a booking even though the VRBO calendar may show availability. You should not book any airfare until I have provided a confirmation directly to you from the Westin Villas (not from VRBO). The photos are represetative of the resort, but the views may be different for each Villa, since I do not own a specific Villa.

ABOUT THE VILLAS RESORT
Rejuvenate yourselves at The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas. Enjoy the challenging 27 hole championship golf courses enjoy 2 different pools on the property or the pools at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa (which can be used by the guests of the villas). Whatever you need to reconnect and relax is here waiting for you. The area offers, many championship golf courses, shopping, fine dining, hiking, horseback riding and much much more. Concierge services, BBQ grills, adult relaxation pool, recreational pool, resort pool, a lazy river ride, separate pool with water slide, and kids activities are included in resort amenities, which are all available to guests at the Villas.

All areas have tropical landscaping, palm trees, and plenty of lounge chairs. Guests can take part in the fitness and spa facilities, children's activities, hot tub, pool bar and grill, lounge.

Enjoy shopping and dining at the Kierland Commons shopping area that hosts more than 60 shops and restaurants. Kierland Commons is less than a 15 minute walk from the Villas or take the Villas' shuttle service and be their in less than 5 minutes. Also enjoy the Scottsdale Quarter, which also has over 50 shops and restaurants, that is less than a 10 minute walk from the Kierland Commons.
