The separate basement suite is perfect for groups traveling who want a separate space but enjoy staying together. For families traveling with little ones, the house is fully equipped with a high chair seat, full sized pack and play, children's books and toys.

House Rules:
-Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.
-No loud music or excessive noise.
-Only booked guests are allowed to be at the house at any time (unless discussed and approved in advance)
-No inside fires, candles, or fireplace use
-No garage access
-No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100. Any service animals or emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to arrival.
-No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property
-Do not move the furniture.
- Late check out may be available upon request. Failure to vacate the house at scheduled check out time without advanced approval will result in an additional $75 fee.
We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.
