SUPERB LAKESIDE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL NAPLES

The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closets, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, large flat-screen TV in the living room. The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings and a dining area, plus a breakfast bar and breakfast area. The Cable TV is via FUBO app on each tv. The villa has a private heated pool(optional heat is $30 per day), PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; ie. the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball and beach volleyball sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute walk . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been redecorated with all new furniture, and is non-smoking throughout. We can accept payment via PayPal.
The villa has an easterly-facing pool and lanai/veranda area which means it catches the full sun in the morning and as the sun moves round to the south during the day most of the pool area catches the sun well into the afternoon with large tree that provides partial shade in the hot days. The veranda's dining area at the western end of the veranda (by the patio doors) is covered and is pleasantly shaded from around midday onwards. The veranda also has sun loungers.


Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, high-speed wi-fi internet, ceiling fan, air-con, direct access to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed, TV, ceiling fan, air-con, and a shared en-suite bathroom with . Bedroom 3 has two single beds, ceiling fan and AC.
