Featuring a 55` smart TV, you can log into any streaming service you wish. Cable is also provided on both TVs, so you won`t need to worry about missing a thing!

The large dining table will allow you to serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.

LAUNDRY Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent and plenty of shelving to organize your summer or winter gear.
PARKING You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We booked this property for a little family get away and it was sublime! Beautiful condo, equipped with everything you need. Pool and gym was a bonus. Great location, close to the lake and there’s also a grocery store near by. Would visit again for sure!!!

Simple, tasteful decor. Looked exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Underground parking was nice and would be great in the winter.Only issue was the plug in the ensuite bathroom didn’t hold water. So you might want to take a look at that. I’m sure it’s a simple fix. The building was very quiet. Made for a relaxing girls weekend.Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location, comfortable and beautifully decorated
Beautiful condo, beautiful location, I would definitely recommend and would prob LT stay here again. It was beautiful decorated and comfortable, however there were a few things that might have been overlooked by the cleaner, left behind under the dresser was a piece of cereal, a child’s toy and a feminine napkin/pad , also in the morning when we went to make coffee the coffee grounds had not been emptied and was mold. There were no garbage bags so we had to purchase some. The hot tub was lovely but the jets were not working. The condo has a wonderful deck which we enjoyed but would consider bringing a portable fire pit next time to make it even that much more cozy.

Nicely decorated, well stocked, overall great place to stay!
This property is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The only complaint we have is the noise from the Dishwasher is very loud. It sounds like there is a gas engine running in the kitchen when it's going. The first night we started it before bed and had to stop it as it was too loud to fall asleep. We tried to run it when we were out for the day, but that isn't always possible.
The outdoor covered patio is very nice with good patio furniture that we used throughout our stay. The BBQ worked well. It also directly overlooks the hot tub so you can see how busy it is and make a mad dash to the hot tub when people are getting out. The property only has 1 outdoor hot tub in the winter which was quite busy in the evening.
The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. It was very nice having the in-suite laundry for drying our wet clothes. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the check-in instruction were easy to understand.
Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future.
