The top floor offers an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and large south-facing windows with mountainside views, providing ample natural light to the well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge). The dining and counter area allows seating for up to fourteen and is connected to the main living area with a warming gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Head downstairs and discover a cozy family room with an additional TV and gas fireplace. This space has heated entryway floors and opens out to the back patio and your very own private hot tub that is perfect for relaxing after enjoying a day on the mountain!

For sleeping options, take your pick from four cozy bedrooms, including a main bedroom featuring a king-size bed with en suite bath and another room with two full-size beds, both on the top floor. The lower level is home to two additional rooms including a double-queen-under-twin kid-friendly room, family room with two pull-out sofabeds, and a fourth bedroom with a second king-size bed.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
