Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

We offer 2-parking spaces (additional parking space is available $$) plus up to 8-beach badges (a minimum savings of $300).

Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurants, or the water park. Not only do we have a great location, we have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

LOCATION: We are please in offering you our single-family beach home. We are located a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk/Ocean.. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.


ACTIVITIES: We stride to offer the perfect first-class accommodations along with New Jersey's best playground and entertainment. Stroll along her new boardwalk (brought to you by Sandy), during the day, playing those habit-forming arcade game. Centrally located, we are located minutes from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away).

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) Pet fee $25 per night for Pets 25lbs or less, otherwise $35

2) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

4) There is driveway parking for up to 3-vehicles.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

7) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

8) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
