If you’re looking for a beachfront rental for a fun getaway with family or friends, Crystal Sands in Destin’s Crystal Beach might be for you! Crystal Sands 304B is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that overlooks the glittering shoreline of the gulf. Its ample living and sleeping accommodations can host up to ten vacationers.

Upon stepping foot in your temporary home-away-from-home, you’ll immediately feel yourself relax in the sunny and welcoming environment. The main level is an open floorplan encompassing the living, kitchen, and dining areas. High ceilings and neutral tones add to the spaciousness. On one side of the living room, sliding glass doors face the beach and open onto a breezy balcony. Grab your fellow guests and favorite vacation beverage, so you can enjoy a pleasant time on the balcony watching the waves. When you’re ready to relax indoors, there’s no better place than the condo’s living room. Not only can you catch the same beachy vistas through the windows, but there is also a wall-mounted TV provided for guest entertainment. The living room has a brown leather couch and two accent chairs. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen and dining area. The black granite-topped table includes high-backed chair seating for dining throughout the day. Stainless-steel appliances and fully equipped cabinets provide everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal in the kitchen.

The condo’s master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed with a royal-blue headboard, wood furniture, a sunny window, and a flatscreen TV. The room has access to a full, coastal-inspired bath complete with a tiled, glass-walled shower and granite-topped vanity. Upstairs, the lofted guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a couch. A second guest bedroom with two full bunks is past the loft to complete the space. The guest bedroom and loft share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

When booking a vacation at Crystal Sands, guests have access to all condo complex amenities. One of these is convenient beach access—the crystalline shoreline is steps from your door. Free seasonal beach service is another incredible perk. Other amenities include a refreshing swimming pool and furnished sundeck. A beachfront grilling station and picnic area allow vacationers to serve up fun surf n’ turf meals.

Of course, the beach is the main attraction for a Destin vacation. There are, however, other coastal activities, shopping adventures, and entertainment to enhance your Gulf Coast escape. Because Crystal Sands is centrally located in Destin, you can easily visit all the local fun nearby. Visitors are a short drive away from the Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Third Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with Queen Bed, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
