Second year in a row-Can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage 9 was wonderful!!!! It was beautifully updated, clean, spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed for a getaway with our grandsons. We loved seeing the butterflies every morning swarming the bush outside our entrance. The staff was incredibly responsive for a few minor things that needed attention and the amenities at the resort provided an overall great stay. We’ve already reserved next year! Sleepy Hollow is the best there is in South Haven.

Cottage 9

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It looks nice, but:--sleeping locations are limited and not very comfortable, except for the king bed. If we don't sleep well, we don't have a nice time.--kitchen equipment is not well stocked. Thank you for getting a real coffee pot.--Many of the window shades are difficult or impossible to use, especially the one to the back deck--General for the resort: The door locks are difficult to use, why don't you get some modern locks?

Cottage 9

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was great. Just a few suggestions: It would be nice to have a larger couch where two people can enjoy comfortably. The bedroom pillows could use and upgrade. We realize the place needs maintenance, but there were painters there several days. We were informed about day 1, but not the days after that.

Beautiful cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly a great experience at a beautiful cottage with plenty of room for our family of 4. The pool did break during our stay but luckily it was repaired quickly and we was able to utilize other amenties. On site Bikes were a nice benefit. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach, playground and general atmosphere of the resort. Like stepping back in time. Great guests and quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the very squeaky and uncomfortable bed in our master. With the bed, I'd rate our stay a 3.5/5 due to sleep having a significant effect on your day to day mood and energy levels. Every category would be a 5 if the bed frame and mattress were more suitable. Otherwise, I'd recommend it to anyone. We will certainly return but may choose a different cottage solely because of the bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not well stocked with kitchen equipment. No blankets provided other than those on the beds. Top bunk bed was inaccessible. You would have to bring some Keurig cups of your own to have coffee. For the short stay this unit was adequate. Always enjoy Sleepy Hollow in any case.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our first experience with Sleepy Hollow! Loved the beach, pool and grounds. The only thing: we read that there were extra blankets in the unit, but couldn't locate any. This wasn't a big deal, but thought it was worth mentioning. That would not dissuade us from returning!
