Papakea B306 is a bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with a stunning ocean view, featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning! The condo was remodeled in 2021 and 2024 and can accommodate up to 3 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Full-size sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with island-inspired decor and a large flat-screen TV. Split A/C units and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom keep you cool.

The tranquil bedroom features a King-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The remodeled bathroom includes a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. This 3rd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 3 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while watching gorgeous Maui sunsets or watch for whales, in season. Large sliding doors provide great views from the indoor dining table if you choose to dine indoors. The fully equipped kitchen was remodeled in 2024 featuring new Quartz countertops. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and everything you need for meal preparation. Ample counter space makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a new washer and dryer for your convenience.​​​​​​​

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo has already completed the repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Amazing stay!

We stayed for three days at Papakea for the start of our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! The property is beautiful and the unit was great. Had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were stunning. Hope to be back again one day!

Winter in Maui

We always enjoy staying at Papakea resort in Maui. Unit is in a great location, with good view. This unit could use a little update, but everything was adequate in it.

My trip to Maui was excellent! The views are much better than the pictures. Immediately when you enter the unit, you are met with overwhelming ocean views. The unit was clean and staff were very attentive. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops on kaanapali beach. Thank you for the great experience!

Satisfied

Nice clean place with all necessities functioning with no issues. Location was perfect from sun up to sun down. Balcony faced the property’s pool area which was not a bad thing at all, it was nice to see families and other visitors out and about within the area; and you can catch the sunset from the balcony as well. I’d recommend this place for couples and/or small families.

We loved our stay at Papakea B306. The owners had everything we needed for a wonder vacation at our finger tips. The unit was supplied with beach equipment and towels to insure day long activities on the beach. There were supplies for all hygiene needs. The laundry facilities were and added plus. One of my favorite aspects were the spices in the cabinet so we could grill fish that we had bought from the fish market. Great stay and looking forward to coming back.

The condo was great and while it is not fully remodeled as the decription would lead you to believe, it was very comfortable (except for that couch) and is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. I especially appreciated the beach gear provided (chairs, towels, boogie boards, & cooler), and the view from the lanai was spectacular! The resort itself was fantastic too! We had a significant maintenance issue in the condo that the resort staff was quick to address. It's on older resort, but from the easy check in process and friendy staff to the beautifully kept grounds of the property, we thoroughly enjoyed it here.

Five Star-Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay at the Papakea was absolutely perfect. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left. We were welcomed with our beautiful view and lovely waves. We love this condo and love this resort. It was paradise. The grounds were well kept, parking was close and always available, and the elevator was near the condo. Also, there is an ABC store that is literally a 2 minute walk away. My Perfect Stays Management company was the best! Friendly service and great communication, our vacation went smoothly. We will definitely use them again and will be back.

Wonderful place for families!

We had a huge mishap when we first arrived. I had confirmed the day before that we were coming in the night before original booking due to airline flight changes. No one left a key. Security was super nice to let us in. The condo is very nice, clean and bright. Great view of the pool and ocean. Was not prepared for all the kids in the pool morning to late night but they had a great time!!! Not the place for us but like I said…great for families!

When you arrive, there will be a big white sign at the top of the steps instructing you to call security with the phone located behind the sign. Pristine in paradise

We have stayed many places on Maui and this is one of our favourite. The unit has a few items that could be updated still/more like the bathroom but overall it has a lot of updates done and is lovely with the exact balcony with view that we love. The grounds are pristine and what make staying in Papakea a standout. Cooking at the bbq is excellent.

Nice getaway with a view!!

The property managers were quick to respond. We had a quiet home away from home. Nicely manicured and great proximity to multiple beaches, shopping, and activities. Fun finding a different coffee shop every morning 🌺☀️🌴☕️

Nice location

We love staying at Papakea. The construction on the sea wall was a bit disturbing this trip. We wished we had known it was happening before we booked the trip as construction equipment was in all my photos from the lanai! B306 is an older unit with a few challenging appliances. We did report them and would hope they will be addressed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay at Papakea

We had a wonderful time on Maui. the property was an older resort but well maintained and we had a wonderful time. Had great views of the pool area and the ocean beyond it. We had a couple issues while there but they were taken care of very quickly. thank you.
