Super convenient, safe area with lots of resturants and parks. We were not interested in the strip but it was close enough to drive to. Pool was a plus. Visiting grandkids!

The house is very nice and comfortable for a family. Its location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. If you want to spend your time on the strip, this is probably not your best option. But, if you are looking for a central spot outside the strip to enjoy the parks and scenery this neighborhood is perfect.

Property is excellent, host is communicative. It's a rental, there little things. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It was perfect for my family, we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, the pool was great, and it served as an excellent home base for our adventures. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops near by, I highly recommend nittayas if you enjoy Thai, and the local butcher Featherblade cannot be beat. Albertsons is close by for groceries and Walmarts only a short drive. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's great!

Stayed for 2 weeks to visit family. The home was just what we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to grocery store, park, and restaurant. Would book again for our next visit.

Great communication with hosts. The house was good and comfortable. Not perfect, but better than a hotel.We visited in the winter, so didn't use the pool. The kitchen was moderately stocked with needed pots and skillets.

Property was perfect for what I needed. Quiet neighborhood away from the Strip but close enough to get everwhere in 30-35 minutes. Only improvement I would like would be a garage door opener for the property, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Easily accessible home...was visiting family nearby and didn't need to be close to the strip. Clean, spacious, simply decorated. We were close to stores, restaurants and the highway for easy access.Enjoyed going to Floyd Lamb park each morning to catch the sunrise with my daughters. It was a lovely stay!

Checking in was easy and the internet connection was perfect. However, the cleaning needs improvement. One of the toilets kept running, and we had to fix the chain ourselves to stop the water from running continuously. There was also black hair all over the couch, and I had to use a lint roller to clean it before we could sit down comfortably.The pool had not been cleaned, although the pool service arrived unexpectedly during our stay. We also had neighbors come over to retrieve trash cans and complain about trash left behind from previous occupants, which was uncomfortable. Grill did not work as well but applied everything you needed for your stay was good.On the positive side, the neighborhood was very quiet at night but backyards so close together.

We have received multiple complaints from neighbors about your party talking loudly and playing music past midnight. It is unfortunate that you have to leave a negative review as a retaliation after we notified you of these complaints and asked you to be more considerate. We have gotten great reviews about our property which demonstrates there is nothing deceiving about our listing. Beware of renting to this guest as he caused major disturbance in the community.

The property is perfectly located near several shopping centers, and the quick 25‑minute drive to the Strip made getting around incredibly convenient. The pool was a highlight and made those warm Vegas summer nights even more enjoyable. Our host was attentive throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Golf trip

Not wanting to stay in Vegas hotels, we opted to rent a house. This house was perfect. Shopping center close and plenty of places to eat. We cannot wait until next year to stay at this fabulous house.

Home Base for Mt Charleston

Despite having some issues communicating about checkin, the property was as is. Perfect for a group that wants to do some climbing in Kyle Canyon. Only a thirty minute drive to the crag. Pool was very nice.
