Beautiful Views - Great location
Loved staying at this perfect property. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Wonderful wrap around deck with jacuzzi. Everything we needed and great communication! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Exceptional
This place is exceptional and exactly as advertised! Excellent location with groceries and beach within easy walking distance and short drives to both Santa Monica Pier and Malibu beaches. Property is well appointed and professionally managed. Also, to our surprise, there was effectively no noise from the nearby PCH. Any traffic noise is cancelled out by the sound of crashing ocean waves. We would book here again without hesitation!

Wow.
What a fantastic house. As some of the other reviews mentioned ; this place is even better in person. Impeccably maintained, and well thought out amenities. We absolutely loved the location and used the two patios extensively. Couple minor issues that Sarah took care of immediately. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you want a classic SoCal beach house - this is the one.

Perfection with a view
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First step in this home is wide open and fabulous! This is not a large property, but has everything you might need for the most comfortable, centrally located, amazing view, stay. The steam shower and available Sony speaker to quality wine glasses, and high end linens— a welcome bonus. The ocean view from basically every window and the outdoor sitting area make this place feel much larger than it is. The beach is a short walk away, as is Gladstones and a grocery store. I could not have asked for a better rental home.

Everything we hoped for and more.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perched above the sea, surrounded by beautiful plants and zipping hummingbirds this super chill rental was perfect. The rental is well equipped with all things you need for it to feel like home. The outdoor spaces are private and well appointed. The outdoor spa was used every day. The stem shower was divine after I figured out how to use it. The bed was comfortable but after a few days I found it a bit to soft. The garage accommodated the car but it was very tight. If your car is long it will be impossible to do laundry with the car in the garage because of the placement of the washer and dryer. It’s great they have a garage because street parking is at a premium. I was concerned about traffic noise. I can honestly say that during the week it was not an issue, in fact the traffic noise sounded much like the waves you can hear while at the was a bit more intrusive. Especially the Harley Davidsons cruising PCH. All in thought it would not prevent me from staying here again. The management was very responsive after we arrived. However I had several questions before arrival, none of my messages were responded to until the day before arrival. I found that problematic. All in all fabulous romantic escape.
