This is an ideal house to stay at in midtown. The renovated urban farmhouse design and decor gives it so much character, and the cleanliness and openness makes it very inviting. The house has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, all newer and working appliances, plus extras like an arcade machine for the kids and a beautiful back yard with outdoor seating and a fire pit. We especially loved the privacy fencing and gated driveway so it feels very secure in a midtown neighborhood. It's close to everything and feels great to come back to after being out. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Atlanta.

Clean modern home in excellent Atlanta location

This property was a great place for a visit with family. The location was great. For the 4 of the 6 of us who are former residents in the city, it was close to many of the Atlanta landmarks, museums, restaurants, college campuses and neighborhoods we wanted to revisit. The home has been well renovated for rental purposes. It was clean and the check in and out process was simple. Exactly what we were looking for!

We visited to do some things at tech campus and it was so easy to walk to. 15 min to the basketball arena. The view of the city was a really nice surprise as well.

Our Daughter’s Wedding

My daughter was married at the Tavern at Piedmont Park and I wanted a place where she and I could be together and entertain her bridesmaids as they arrived for her special day. It was everything I had imagined for her. The kitchen and great room was perfect! I was beyond thrilled with all the rooms and bedrooms. My daughter had a large room and bathroom as she prepared for all the festivities during the week. Everyone who came commented on how lovely everything was.

HOUSE WAS VERY DIRTY WITH ALL OVER PETS HAIR, KITCHEN LIGHTS WERE ON 24/7, STAIRS RAILING WAS BROKEN, BATHROOM DRESSER DRAWER WAS BROKEN, MOLD IN THE EXPRESSO MACHINE, DISHES DIRTY IN THE DRAWER.WE INFORMED THEM ON THE FIRST DAY AND THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF IT FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY. GOOD LOCATION WITH EXTREMLY POOR MANAGEMENT.

To clarify, there were no pets before your stay, and the pet hair you noticed was likely from the rugs, which we promptly disposed of after inspecting the property. We also took care of the other issues you mentioned. Our house is maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness, and our cleaning team ensures everything is in top condition for our guests. We have also processed your refund as soon as you requested. Given that we took swift action and addressed your concerns, we find the feedback given a bit surprising. Nice home, poor management

The home has nice space and decor. There are a few functional needs in a VRBO that were missing. I.E. limited hot water, a toilet not flushing, the stove not working, no can opener and the outside areas of the home were not cleaned up prior to our stay. The front porch was nice and the outdoor area nice, but it was not washed off and we had to do that ourselves. It almost seemed like no one was prepared for us to be there. The indoors were moderately clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living area were nice and open. So, I would consider this home worth what is costs IF those things had been fixed, but unfortunately because they were not, I did not get my money's worth from this home.
