There is ample parking in the driveway for a boat or 4 vehicles. The beachy shade of the blue exterior is just a hint of the island décor that awaits inside. Upon entering, the room layout features one spacious great room with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with an iron, ironing board other cleaning accessories. The bedrooms are all situated toward the back of the house for added privacy. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a King-size bed with nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity and a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a King-size bed, nightstand, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The bunk room (BR3) boasts a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a single Twin bed with a pull-out trundle, nightstand, wall-mounted TV, board games, and plenty of space to stretch out and play.
