Skylights and ample windows provide strong natural lighting throughout the home's bright interior, while modern amenities like central air-conditioning and WiFi offer convenience and comfort. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the living area smart TV. A gas fireplace provides the perfect touch of cozy ambiance during cooler months. The galley-style kitchen comes equipped with full-size appliances, and an array of seating/dining options are available to meet any occasion. There's barstool seating for four at the kitchen counter, a breakfast nook seats another four, and the formal dining table seats up to six. A parlor room in the back of the house is a perfect place to enjoy happy hour.

THINGS TO KNOW
No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
