Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Enjoy the sunshine both indoors and out! Natural light is a regular visitor to this lovely condo by the sea, where guests can also enjoy a view of the ocean and one of the complex's shared pools. The private balcony provides plenty of space to kick back with a refreshing beverage or munchies from the seasonal snack shack. If you'd rather cool off, the richly decorated interior is cooled by central air conditioning. The spacious interior features a stop to set your flip-flops as you come through the door and a private washer/dryer for setting beach towels. Come together for fun meals in the full kitchen, set up with the tools and appliances you need to make delicious meals as well as a breakfast bar that seats three guests. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Beach fans will love the themed decor throughout the entire space, and might be inspired to stick their toes in the sand every day of their stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Free WiFi and cable. Full kitchen. Elevators in a building. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, oversized vehicles, golf carts, ATVs, jet skis, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property. Snowbird-friendly. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
