Parking for up to 4 vehicles underneath the home. For those with large vehicles, the carport height is 106". There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
ENTRY:
You’ll receive the lockbox code on check-in day at 3 PM.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. Early check-in may be available for an extra fee, subject to cleaner availability.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
GUEST ACCESS:
You have full access to the entire home except the owner’s closet located in the main-level bathroom. Please do not tamper with this door.
INTERNET:
Stay connected with 200Mbs/100Mbs of high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, browsing, or working remotely. Smart TVs are available throughout the home, including in each bedroom—just log in to your own streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows and movies. The living room is also equipped with Cable TV for your convenience.
OUTDOOR:
Unwind on the covered deck, complete with seating for four. Once the kids are asleep, enjoy some peaceful moments on the balcony with your favorite wine. After a day at the beach, rinse off with the convenient outdoor shower, perfect for washing away the sand and salt.
TRASH:
Trash and recycling bins are located in the driveway. Pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays, so no need to worry—our service will handle it!
STARTER SUPPLIES:
Please note: Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
We provide one bath towel per guest (up to our maximum occupancy) as well as bedding. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
BEACH GEAR:
We provide a few beach chairs and a wagon. These items are frequently replaced due to wear and tear, photos shown in the listing may differ from what’s available. Any beach toys at the property were left by previous guests and are not guaranteed or supplied by us.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.

This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules.
☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.
☞Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit hold will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance:We recommend purchasing trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancellation policy. Travel insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.
☞Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests total (6 adults max). Only children may use the top bunk. All guests aged 2 and up must be listed on the reservation. No extra visitors or over-occupancy, even briefly, due to code and local regulations—violations can lead to fines or loss of our rental license. Over-occupancy will incur a $150 fee per person, per night.
☞No visitors or unregistered guests allowed—this includes brief visits. Due to local laws, licensing, and fire safety regulations, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Violations can result in fines or loss of our rental license. Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in $500 fee. No third party bookings
☞Parking: Park up to 4 cars in the carport. No additional parking in the community or street. Boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not allowed per HOA rules.
☞No parties, banners, or balloons. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.
☞Photo Variations: Photos for reference only; decor items may vary. Room setup and bed sizes stay the same. No refunds for minor changes.
☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.
☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.
☞Key Replacement: $50 replacement fee for any lost keys.
☞Smoking: No smoking inside. Violations will result in a $250 fine, loss of the security deposit, and additional charges.
☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) recording during your stay. Tampering incurs a fee.
☞Amenities: Use at your own risk. Supervise children, no rough play, and use protective gear when needed. Report any damage or loss—charges may apply. Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items.
☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize pests, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable may be disrupted due to storms or other issues. While rare, we cannot offer refunds for outages or unforeseen circumstances.
☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Violations result in a $100 fee and damage charges.
☞Showers: Keep curtain liner inside the tub to avoid water damage.
☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash.
☞DO NOT WASH SEASHELLS IN THE SINKS, use the outdoor shower. Violations incur $100 fee.
☞Items left behind: Host is not responsible for items left behind and cannot assist with retrieval or shipping.
☞Additional Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, soap and coffee. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
