Ocean Point 1 is a peaceful, quiet resort located on Kite Beach, just 1.5 km from the town center. It provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy the sporty vibe of the area. Guests can enjoy the lounge area on their private terrace, which includes a dining table, a sitting area, and a BBQ. They can also watch kite surfers or participate in the action with kite lessons from four kite schools within walking distance of the condo.
The condos' entrances, the door entrance, and the terrace entrance have security cameras to ensure guests' safety.

Electricity usage is not included in the rental price and will be billed separately according to consumption (15 pesos x kwh). Payment must be made in cash at check-out.
