The main-level family room features a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch smart TV, creating a comfortable space for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the water.

The dining table seats 10, with an additional 5 seats at the kitchen island, providing plenty of room for group meals.

Downstairs, the second family room features another large sectional sofa and 75-inch smart TV, along with a ping-pong table for some friendly competition.

The lower level also has a mini kitchen, making it convenient for guests to grab drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group, including:
