This updated townhouse is in a perfect location for traveling doctors/nurses or guests to UCO. The house is in a wooded area near UCO, Integris, Mercy and OU Health with close access to I-35. The neighborhood is safe and secluded with large mature trees and a creek. It is adjacent to Kickingbird golf & pickle ball courts, Hafer Park & Pelican Bay water park is less than a mile and Arcadia Lake is only a 15-minute drive. The addition's pool is open during the summer months.

MAXIMUM GUESTS
Six (6) guests is the maximum number allowed at the townhouse.

NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTDOOR SPACE
The triplex is in a heavily wooded addition and there is a creek directly across the street in front. THERE IS NOT A FRONT OR BACK YARD. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and is open throughout the summer.

DOG FRIENDLY
* One (1) potty trained dog, 50lbs or less, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dog on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended. THERE IS NO YARD. You will need to leash your dog and take them to the green belt in front of the house to potty. Cats are NOT allowed.
