In following with Airbnb rules, parties of any form are not allowed as these can be a nuisance to the neighbors and prevent us from providing great experiences to future guests like you. We fine $1,500 for any parties hosted or unauthorized guests. Please contact us beforehand for authorization of your guests

Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Our neighbors are wonderful people and we want them to continue to like us and you. Any fees incurred from noise
[No Smoking]
Please don’t do it - this house is strictly non-smoking. If you’re looking to take advantage of Seattle’s liberal marijuana laws, there are plenty of edible options available to you at various local shops. We could charge you up to $1500 in cleaning fees afterwards for any smoke present in the house. This is not fun for you, us or our future guests who might have to inhale smoke.

There are security cameras at the entrance and perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
[Portable Air Conditioning]
We provide portable ACs that are connected to windows for hot summer days.
[Reusable Items]
We provide reusable shopping bags, coasters for drinks, etc. If any of these items is taken from house we will need to charge for them. We assess for this after every stay.
