Entire home located in the heart of Tampa, on a quiet street close to the airport and near many restaurants and shops. 10 min to the Tampa airport, Bucs Stadium, & Busch Gardens, and 15 min to the local beach. Great for a getaway or to come enjoy the city and beaches!

Experience the wildlife in the backyard with the private access to water. Ducks, birds, turtles, and iguanas visit the property daily.

The home features four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with a queen bed, and one with both a queen and a double bed. There are also two full-size couches available for additional sleeping space. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. There is an additional kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, two burners, and a coffeemaker.

The home has three full bathrooms, one just remodeled with a luxury rain shower-head, a second with a large shower, and the third with a tub. In addition, one double bedroom has a private half bathroom. Both living areas have large TVs with Rokus, and there are Roku TVs in all of the bedrooms. We do not allow fires in the indoor fireplace.

Enjoy private access to the lake in the backyard, which features a newly built deck with two lounge chairs, a grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a large, brand new dock. The entire backyard is yours! Note that ducks do sometimes poop on the dock, although we try to clean it off as much as we can.

This vacation rental is in the perfect location in Tampa Bay. Not only will you be at a lakefront property in the city, you'll be very close to Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play. You'll also be near the Yankees spring training site. You'll be a short drive to downtown Tampa where you can reach things like Ybor City, the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Outside of Tampa, you are an easy drive to the world class beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and, our personal favorite, Pass-A-Grille Beach. This spacious and relaxing Airbnb is within walking distance to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, and close to many other attractions such as Busch Gardens. This short term rental is a great option for any vacation in Tampa Bay.

Feel free to park anywhere, except no cars are allowed on the left side of the driveway in the grass. Your car could crush our drain system.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the back yard and one monitoring the front door.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space or interfere with your stay.
